It makes perfect sense to me accept the part about "no matter how well you seal it... Yada yada" I have been using the same rubber gasket and grommet (for stator wires) for a LONG time... Every time I pull the cover off I apply a thin bead of silicone on both mating sides and I havent had so much as a spec of surface rust on my flywheel :confused:

Im not sayin the sytem isnt a good one but you can certainly seal it up to the point nothing is being drawn in thats for sure.

so you did see a difference / feel a difference? it makes sense to me if the stator causes moisture but i never noticed it so idk.

man i was kidding. those things are fuckin wack. i just use some liquid gasket on my billet cover before it goes on and ive never had a moisture issue.
