got the autopsy report today on the shee. took the jugs off to find that the left connecting rod to crank bearing took a shit on me and the extra slop let the piston beat up the head. its not pretty but it almost makes me feel better that it wasnt the spark plug coming loose causing it. i would of felt like a real dumbass if that was the case. instead the impact from the piston caused the plug to loosen up. o well time for a complete rebuild. i will be in need of a lot of help from you guys on that im sure look for me in the repairs section :biggrin: .

This won't be up for ever, but I put the original (large) video files on a web server for you.

When I get the rest of the videos from misspelled, I will add them to the jumps directory.

Thanks for the video pitts, and for all the help along with the much needed nuts and bolts. Having this guy around was like having a hardware store at your disposal.

also, is that al lthe race footage you got? 6 races?

 

Sucks that my clutch lever bolt fell out, I must have run 4-5 races before we broke out the video, oh well next time.

 

Did you see the one pitts got of missspp? Made some nice still shots of it. Good job pitts!

I have a whole pile of excuses why my jumps weren't as good. Anyone want to hear them?

 

Got my frame welded up on Monday, and decided to just retap the frame for bigger bolts for now, and do a more proper fix later. I felt a little dirty cracker-rigging it, but it doesn't effect my ability to do it right later.

I also need to figure out how much stuff I am going to put back in after my pancake landing. Damn! lost the lid to my overflow bottle. Maybe that will stay out.

Actually I thought you handled the jumps pretty good after that pancake landing, you knew exactly how you wanted to land and thats what you did to keep from further destruction of your bike. " Total Control" :thumbsup:

An update on the vid. I don't have any pics of T-shee or myself. I am trying to get a pic of everyone for the intro and then have the credits at the end in the order of appearance. All I have is the still frame shot of myself and a video of T-shee's quad after the head was removed. :confused:
