I got them on my PWK 33mm's... A+ on them. They really do the job. Screw right in and let the slides open all the way. WOT is always a plus

4th item on right side.... in with the springs. Those springs are great too....

 

Gold tops are stock on Keihin... you can see the length difference

Yes, well worth the change to buy them. Well well worth it! Those springs as well. If your throttle is rough, get them. Out performs a cut stock spring from Keihin by a long shot. Both those items are top notch

thanks for clearing that up realtree.I thought it was the caps also. Anyways I have the brass adjusters but it still doesnt go full throttle. I'll post pics.

Hey, no problem man.

 

Yes, those brass ones are tough to get to go WOT. I don't think it is possible.

 

The longer silver ones that are next to the gold ones on that site picture are the ones you want. They screw right into the carb black cap, just like the stock keihin adjuster.

 

They are extremely easy to adjust, and synchronize too. They work very well with any cable as well. I use motion pro cables, but I know a guy who just got them that uses other aftermarket cables with great success as well with these new taller adjusters.

 

Definately the way to go. For the price for the two new adjusters, it is a good investment

 

Not to mention Jeff will have them on your doorstep the next day. I am halfway across the country and they were here in less than 24 hrs from the time I got off the phone with him.

Here is just one side on my PWK 33's. I held the camera with the hand hand, and held WOT with the right.

 

And a picture of the tops of the carbs with the taller adjusters, with the cables attached.

dude thanks for your time.I will be on the horn with Jeff 1st thing in the morning.Also when you fire your bike up cold do you have to pull both chokes? I havent got my new carbs on yet.

I am more than happy to help man, no need to thank me. This is sometihng that you really can't visualize. You must see to know the difference.

 

Jeff will have them to you the following day. I think he UPS's his shit.

 

When I fire my bike up, I don't even use a choke. None. At least not in weather above 50-55 degrees.

 

But when you do need a choke, usually only 1 is needed. Both carbs are the same, so the carb on the left has the choke on the left, and so does the one on the right. That means ther one on the right isn't that easy to get to. But I can get to it no problem, just not as easy as the left sticking out right there.

 

Only one is needed though if you need to use it. I haven't needed it yet though.

 

What is wrong with those PWK's you have now? Or are you going to a different size? Just curious

Those are new PWK's.Just got them.Pulled the stockers off.And now putting these on but want everything right.Found out about the full throttle thing and went hhhmmmmmm.
