Hey guys, I have an RPM Dominator axle, first version I believe, and was wondering whats the advantage of a double locking axle nut over a single one? Is there any reason to bother getting the double? I run the axle on a stock swingarm and without rear wheel spacers. Thinking of getting a Modquad axle nut to replace my stock ones Thanks!

many people pronounce it "banchee" eventhough its spelled banshee so maybe the name should be changed

Anyone running a M&M lexan cluth cover?

Ah you mean dont overtighten the clear lexan see-thru casing? So it can be interchangable with a different color? -
Well I can use my stock nuts on my RPM axle and I mean the two locking nuts near the carrier. So if it seems to be stock thread...would anyone know of an aftermarket nut that has stock thread? Thanks

Hi guys I have an RPM Dominator axle NOT version II, with just the stock axle nuts. Will all aftermarket nuts work on any type of banshee axle? thanks

Yeah mainly for looks haha. Not to cheap though after shipping to canada so can the lexan be replaced with a new color? And forgive my noobness...but are lock ups used on just drag engines or is it recommended for stock to modified banshees?? -
Hi guys, these look real nice! Was wondering..are the lexan covers replaceable and do they easily get scratched up? Do you need to use a different type of rear brake lever? I seen 2 types of levers made by Modquad. Thanks!!

Which top rebuilding route should I take?
94BANSHEE replied to 94BANSHEE's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
So, how would this set up be: Porting by HJR, bore and hone .40 or .50 over (Right now I think Im at .20 or .30 over) Wiseco piston kit (Not sure to get HP or regular Wisecos. Which are better?) Aftermarket head and domes plus the additional of the parts below Would that increase my top end etc. considerably over what Im currently running now with Vforce III reeds Toomey T5 pipes Stock carbs, head, and .20 or .30 over ???? Thanks -

I just trail ride, sand pits, long long dirt and paved roads etc. No sand dunes or drag strips, but Id like to test it at the track someday I run holeshot or bandit tires -

Im not trying to be cheap or anything. I just want to get the most top end I can get with stock crank, toomey pipes, aftermarket head and vforce reeds and stock carbs. So right now I looking at a port and bore with new pistons OR a top end drop in kit from a vendor. I just dont know which way would net me higher top end gains and speed?? -

What if I dropped Cub blocks stock stroke with new Wisecos and head on my set up? would there be a big difference top end with that and porting with a fresh bore and piston kit? -

Thx for the post. Well my Wiseco pistons.have been running for years. Even though the bike is running fine I think it may be time for a top end rebuild anyway. But Id like something that will gain me full potential on pump gas I surely will get a head and domes and v force reeds right off the bat. -
Hi guys I have a pretty stock banshee except for T5 pipes and silencers, Wiseco pistons when I got bored .20 over and I do have a timing plate yet to be installed. Head and carbs are stock. I was looking at some top end kits on the sposor sites. However I dont want to change or upgrade the Toomeys. I really like them and I also dont have the funds to do it right now I will be installing V force III reeds soon but Im looking for the best top end kit that will gain me as much as possible while still being able to trail ride. I dont dune ride and Id like more top end when cruising is 6th. I plan on getting a new head, but not sure which type domes yet, as well. I like to get a top end engine kit that can be dropped in on the stock crank that will work well with T5's. I assume Id need to udgrade tbe stock carbs but not sure how big. I live near Maine so the yearround weather isnt the best putting it mildly Thanks!! Any suggestions would be appreciated

Suggestions on Cheetah or Cheetah cub top end?
94BANSHEE replied to 94BANSHEE's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
How much do those kits roughly cost? I wanna use my stock crank so I imagine Im fairly limited. Id like to kit a kit with the maximum amount of CC's I can with a stock crank -
Hi guys! Its been a LONG while since Ive been on. So long that I only came across the Chaeetah and Cheetah cup engines just recently. My banshee has been stored for a few years. Its old mind you, 1994, but runs like I champ. I use pump gas and mostly trail drive, sand pits, long dirt/paved roads etc. and road like to get some more top end Im located near Maine so the weather is harsh as well throughout the seasons My bike is basically stock with just a Toomey T-5 pipe kit, Duncan reeds, aftermarket clutch and the Wisecos since it has been bored out a couple times. My questions are, whats the difference between Cheetah and Cheetah Cub models? and what kit would you suggest to run with a stock crank? Thanks a lot!

so be increasing to PLUS 4, will that give me more top end?

91 octane with Castrol 2-stroke oil Now since my bike is running perfectly at the moment, will adjusting the timing by 4 degrees be any difference?

Hi guys, I have an IMS tank on my banshee, and its impossible for stickers or decals to stay on it. Has any of you had success putting graphic kits or decals on it without them coming off or bubbling? Is there such a kit for these types of tanks? Thx
