im having a bitch of a time finding out how to get the service and what to get. my reciever is xm ready but every site i look at only shows the stuff you need to get it, like the reciever and all that. what do i need ? is there something else i need other then the reciever and a subscription ? where the hell am i not looking ? HELLLLP !

you need your cdi and coils or it wont run. basically you wont need a key or lights so that can go, and of course all the tors crap and wires and sensors can go. dont remove the killswitch wires yet because you can reuse them to hook up your tether kill for mx racing. the rear light can go too, if the track allows it. just follow all the wires and eliminate them from there.

you talking about the idle screws that need to be tapped into the carb tops ?

scott m mods the stock timing plates and sells them for i think 25 bucks plus an exchange for your stocker, or can even help you do yours.

plus its gonna run you around 1500 bucks for a desent chrome job. me and duece looked into it and desided powdercoat was a better alternative

try sticking it in a 20 ton press and that might do the trick, just dont heat it up to bend it. hell you allready paid for it and are stuck with it so its worth a shot, if not i still have that stock stem that dunegoony was supposed to buy but i never heard back fron him. if he dont want it its yours man. later

best thing to do is straighten it as much as possible then try to crack it on the tab the tierods mount to. a friend of mine did the crack around the lower bar mount and they wouldnt replace it, they knew it was rolled and we tried to straighten it back out. lonestar can be a bunch of non supporting assholes at times, and im not bashing i have at least, if not more then 2 grand worth of stuff from them on my shee. just some food for thought on cracking it and trying to get it replaced. id hate to see someone go through all the trouble and hear umm sorry we cant replace it. later
