ok, i finally went out and bought a hand held gps system for dune trips and night rides so i dont get lost again long story !!! its a garmin etrex legend. has all kinds of stuff on it i dont yet understand till i read the book that came with it. i know it was discussed before but that was awhile ago and the threads gone. who has one and how do you like it ? did i make a bad purchase ? how often do you use it ?

i have the tripple rates with ressis and have nothing bad to say about them. i hear its better for mx to run the dual rates, but i havent had any problems with mine on mx tracks or running through the desert. if you call works speak to sandy, he understood exactly how i wanted my shocks set up and hit it dead on. ive had friends ride my shee and not beleave they were works by the way it handled.

very true, i use this example being im big on the helmet issue and when i do this were not wearing a helmet, but to me its ok, i see no harm in it but i know the potential danger is there. i know my kid and banshee as he knows his and crocks and to hear that a police investigation is going to happen and being who he is might kill him and this will get blown way out of proportion. and that sucks. if nothing happened to the baby then i dont see why the fuss over it, it would be a different story if the kid got munched. i just hate it when things get all blown out like this will. thats all

i know with works it took a week and costed 180 bucks. most every shop will do a rebuild on your stocker consisting of new valving for your ride style and weight and new seals, mabey even a new spring if needed. my brother just got his works shocks done by tcs and we have a friend that had his peps done by works so they all dip into each others stuff. just find a good shop worthy of doing suspension and your good to go. later
