I think the owners of the Banshee's should be able to hook up a chain to the bike on one end, then to the feet of the perps on the other and drag them along a nice long gravel trail. 2 maybe 3 tanks of gas worth.

Depeding on how long I ran the chain, I've almost always changed front and rear sprockets and the chain at the same time. If its just a quick sprocket change in size or something, if the chain fits I still use it.

I've heard that personal and business issues don't mix, and in my business its kinda the same. Keep business , business. I'd try to keep it undercover the best you can at work. This is unrelated but I'm curious (and somewhat serious) since I've never been in that position. You mentioned being in a position of authority over her, but if you were dating her could you take her over your knee and reprimand her at the office and it would be cool, or could you still get into trouble over it?? I've always just worked at the family business, I have no outside experience and there is no one there I'd be interested in spanking. Good luck.

I agree. Especially on something like a bumper where you can't get in there easily to polish. Thats one reason I havent started offering bumpers yet because I can't figure out how to get them polished chemically or other wise. Wheels won't cut it I'm afraid, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna polish them by hand lol....

agreed. The original 1940-1960 or so Looney Tunes are the only ones I'll watch. Those and the Tom and Jerry cartoons. Maybe some Voltron or G-force.

Sadly another bad combo is aluminum + stainless bolts. If the threads are nice and clean you will be okay, but over torque them once and you're in Shit City about %80 of the time. And SSandDemon...I've thrown my fair share of wrenches across the shop doing simple mantainence lol.... But you are spot on when you say not to over torque the screw, but I don't think Yamaha adheres to that rule. When I had my flywheel lightened, I had to take the whole damned bike to the engine shop to have them take it off. He hammered on it with an impact for about 5 minutes. It eventually came off but he mentioned he had never seen one put on that tight. He axed me if I had it off before...nope... factory fresh torque values on that one.

I've had various bolts strip that were installed FROM THE FACTORY. Mainly the screws that hold the plastic on. Yamaha's fasteners are junk imho...replace everything you can with something else, like black oxide cap screws.

I agree. Whats weird is I've been called "arrogant" by people I love and trust. I don't classify myself as arrogant at all!! But maybe I come across as that to some.... Its all a matter of perspective I'm thinking.....
