my friend did his dirt bike rear shock at work,, it was pretty easy... filling with nitrogen was the tricky part, the guage wasnt the greatest....

can you measure the a-arms bolts??? i need some

man i cant wait to get my new arms for i can try the 450 shcoks,, well i can ride it, im lazy to hook up the carbs...

will you sell just the carrier of the swingarm(round one)???? also will you sell the bolts off the frame?? a-arms mounting ones??

i have 2 boost bootles....

if anything happens, it should rub on the connecting rod. than u will no cause its just bogs down and turns off.. happen to me.... i tought i ran out of gas but no,, so i tryed to start lots of kicks, when it started sounded like someone put a shit load of bolts in there...

the only differance from the ugly arms and quicksands are the name,, they both are fully adjustable,,, they both offer lifetime warranty(no questions asked) just make up ur mind which ones u wanna go with 500 or 360..

go to sears, they have a kit to remove stripped/broken bolts,, its 20 bucks. think of it this way 20 for kit, 1 for bolt,, or leave it in there and wait till it comes out and fucks you gears up.. thats about 300 bucks...

ugly's are the same way 100% replaced no matter what,, no qestions ask, including the tie rods, im sure everyone warrantys the rods but they dont advertise it... its the same product but at a lesser cost. they both use 120 chromemoly tubing, Gary might weld them better cause maybe he's been doing it for 20 years while charlie maybe 10, thats where experiance comes in, i think for charlie starting out hes coming out strong... we'll see in a few years where they are... its beating a dead horse whos better.. if you want to start slow go with ugly arms if your a high baller and want to spend the extra money for better welds or what ever is better than get garys arms... from the pics i seen on the site i didnt see much differance on welds... so a side by side comparison is needed. any takers

have u tried to use a c-clamp and puch it back in???that should do the trick

cool whats the warrenty??? and sure if mcdonalds only made hamburgers they would never f-up an order either,,, but for me to spend 500 vs 360,, yeah i know u get what u payed for but for someone thats just starting out they are the best way to go,, im not going to be on a movie and im not going to be taking 70 ft jumps...

y,, for he can charge me for his name!!i really dont think arms should be that high in price,, y is it ugly arms offer the same as lsr and janssen for way less... so he made a mistake and sent the wrong ones out, but he fixed it... if it was the other way around i bet u be saying u should have gotten ugly's...im not starting anything but i hate to pay a high dollar and advertise for free...

i just got off the phone with charlie owner of ugly arms and action racing arms... " said the problem that happen was they used the crossbar height of the ride adjustable ones not the ones for the ugly which are not ride height adjustable" honest mistake and he is fixing the problem. he is going to send me ones with the bar at 6.5" which is the same as lsr and janssen. im very happy he called me and took care of the problem. no hard feelings, he is also allowing me to keep my arms till the other ones get here. cool beans ....i would order from him again its bound to happen when you make 2 different a-arms,, i bet any other company would make the same mistake,.... problem resolved, thanks for having my back BHQ... charlie also read the post and was eager to fix it....

a friend has 450 shocks on janssen arms, still sits the same height as works triple rates,,, the only reason i think the shock mount is soo high is because he sent me a stock shock a-arms...

well turns out i have his # from an earlier conversation.. going to call him in the morn.. ill post back whats his responce...

meat:: here is a pic ... i first thought it was becasue it was sitting on higher ground and the tires where kinda big(stock size) but after further investigation we found out its the shock mount..

do me a favor,, im wondering y my bike sits high, i compared mine to janssen arms and lsr. the shock mount from the t is 5.5" on my ugly arms and its 6.5" on lsr and janssen,, measure your arms and see what u have.. 5.5 is for stock shocks.. i email the dude already wanting thm to fix it... the red line is what u want

i hear from the local shop that parts are really hard to get.. back order really bad,, other than that there good.
