No, the jetting and air filter has nothing to do with it. But id like to know what the problem is. Mine has been leaking some oil out of the rear overflow. It has to be getting pressurized somehow. I havent quite figured it out yet, so if you do, let me know.

I have to agree with this right here... I could give a fuck about the cubs, so im not gonna get into that. Fireman, most of the Rocket sales are from the HQ. I know the sales arent from Planet Sand. If you say anything other than CPI over there ur likely to be shot. Anyway..This place promotes Rockets very well. I also have at least one person a week Instant Message me on AIM asking me how I like my rockets/customer service/quality. Personally, this is just my opinion, but as a business owner like yourself, I dont think you should be getting into these pissing matches. It's bad for business. People seem to take sides in these matches, and if someone is against you, they wont like your product. Not because they think it is junk, but because they will think you are an asshole. Look at DLNOSS, and cottoneyedjoe and whoever else sponsers the HQ. You dont see them getting all bent out of shape about things. They have a business to worry about and customers to please. And by acting like a little girl (like everyone in this thread has) people pass judgement. Mine is an 02'.. Ive never drag raced anyone with it. Just when I rode my bros F4I and rode mine, his felt a little more snappy. But, Ive never raced him before. The 600RRs have like 20 more HP than the F4I's. The RR's have a different type of fuel injection or something. More of a track bike it seems.

I wrestled in HS.. It takes so much damn dedication it's unreal. I hated practice in the morning before school, and then practice after school. I eventually got sick of it and didnt wrestle anymore.

It's really hard to pick which is the better bike out of a magazine. For instance, take Dirt Wheels into consideration. Yamaha has bought in to Dirt Wheels, so you notice there isnt a bad thing said about Yamaha quads. Im sure it's the same senerio for sport bike magazines. Money talks....I love my Gixxer. I wouldnt have anything else, unless it was a Gixxer 1000. I just like the way mine feels compared to the other 600's. It may not be the fastest out of the class, but unless you are a super racer freak, ur not gonna notice that much of a difference from street riding. My next choice would prolly be the 636. And then the F4i. Your best bet is to ride all of them if you can. And which ever one feels the best to you, then go for it.

Ima going to have to disagree.. I love my Gixxer, but my bros f4i has ALOT more snap than mine. They have pretty much the same mods too..

Really, Ive heard lots of good things about the kawi 636's. I personally like the gixxers, they feel better to me than the hondas or yamahas. If you have a chance, ride all of them. My gixxer is kind of an uncomfortable cruiser, but for wheelies and shit, it's awesome. I personally HATE the feel of the yamahas. But that's only my opinion..... I want a gixxer 1k.
