They would never answer the phones. I tryed calling probably 5 times a day for about a week straight and no answer, and then finnally Id get lucky and they would answer. I finnally figured it out... I was running directly from my modem and I just hooked up to router to see if it would work and it started working again.. No thanks to the people on x box live. Dont ever call those idiots for anything.

Yo, for any of you that play x box live, who do you contact for problems connecting to x box live? Ive called their help line 3 different times and got 3 different fuckin idiots that dont know anything. Do local internet providers help with this sort of thing? Im getting the error message saying that x box live cannot be found/cannot connect. My internet works fine, just doesnt connect. Really starting to piss me off. Shitty thing is, I dont know who the hell to get ahold of to fix my problem.
