  1. RDZ Racing new out of frame drag pipes with silencers
  2. What if everyone that wanted to ride in the mid range of the power band bought 4-strokes, last time I checked a ported banshee always wants to be on the high end of the revs, but hey it just sounded like it was a similar set up to what I had when I switched pipes and I loved the change from toomeys to RDZ Racing pipes. just my .02
  3. I had a ported banshee that started with t-5's thought it was good till the RDZ pipes made the same line all the way up the dyno with plus 5hp at the top and rev out another 1000rpms, my point is if you have a 63hp quad that could be a 68hp quad with better pipes why wouldn't you want this, your right the dyno #'s don't matter its in the seat of your pants when you hit the gas, but this post was about dyno #'s
  4. your numbers would be significantly better with some CPI or RDZ pipes and it would rev much higher
  5. I would suggest RDZ also, but you haven't seen his bike at Silver Lake for a couple of years, maybe it was a customers bike. He hasn't run on anything but asphalt and sand tracks for a couple of years. His stock cylinder and cub programs are both working real good right now.
  6. what pipes are on it?
  7. Has anybody seen a set of the new RDZ Racing out of frame pipes yet, I saw a set at Silver Lake Sand Dunes over the 4th of July they looked sharp I'm wondering if anyone has tried them yet?
  8. that all depends on your set up
  9. Your right, but when your struggling with something it sure takes a lot of factors out of the equation
  10. I didn't realize Dan recommended GRR pipes for his porting?
  11. correction Shearer makes RDZ Pipes
  12. I have a tri-z thats stock, there close with the banshees
  13. get some RDZ Racing in frame pipes
  14. actually it would be bad because stock pipes don't rev
  15. Buy the banshee its the most fun to ride.
  16. softer paints like powdercoat tend to hold up better, harder paints chip easier
  17. powdercoating a swingarm is only like $35.00, but if you must paint it por-15
  18. Its still crappy here
  19. thats cool
  20. don't believe everything you read
  21. I don't run any tube between the carbs, but I also don't spend much time at 4000 to 6000 rpm
  22. less is more
  23. all good deals
  24. no noticible gains in power
  25. Was that on Dan's dyno. Those are respectable #'s. Plenty of power for just about anything.
