  2. compresion test arnt acurate usaly some read high and some read low long as both your cylinders are at the same psi your fine deffently sounds like you got some crap in your carbs have you tried starting it and riding around to see if it clears up
  3. you should beat him but the esr 370 motors run strong
  4. quicksand motorsports makes the best aarms around and they have a great price
  5. the honda has more midrange then the yfz while the yfz has more top end the hondas are alot better for riding such as gncc and stuf like the while the yfz is better for mx and duning

  7. long as its sealed and kept in a cool place should last for about a year i would think mabey a lil longer but 55 gallons isn;t that much thats about 4 good weekends
  8. adding cc's withought stroke will not actully make your bike faster on top end it lowers how fast it revs if you really wana gain some power out of that set up get a stroker crank and have it ported you will be more then happy with the way it runs

  11. i painted my plastics with it black i didn't primer i sanded a with fine sand paper to just ruff it up a lil and did about 8 thin coats it came out verry glossy and didn't flake
  12. i have a compleate front brake set up calipers master cylinder the whole shabang i can get pictures if needed i would like to get 80 shipped
  13. i have a set of dg's there polished they have red nets could use replacing but still look great i would let go for 60 bucks shipped i have pictures
  14. a dial a jet and a power jet is pretty much the same thing the power jet screws into the top of the carb where the air filter clamps on or where you tubes conect that go to the air box then a line goes from the power jet down to the over flow thing at the bottom of the carb you turn the screw inward on teh power jet to lean it out its basicaly a dial a jet they usaly use them on alky carbs
  15. your bike dousn't make enough hp to need a lock up just do what 00banshee said
  16. get the tusk it has lasted longer on my alky bike then my my barnett did in my mx port gas bike the barnet lasted ruffly one hour befor its shatterd i would get a tusk kit and order some barnett springs
  17. i don't like yamalube seams to build up carbon in the exughst port i would run a synthetic oil at 50:1

  19. once again i will say this they crown of the pistion and the head look like that becouse metal was being smashed up there at 8,000 rpms the detonation would have been more in the center of the pistion if it was lean or a air leak it would have left a nasty little hole in the top of the pistions most likly what happend in this case was eather you have shitty luck and got a faulty pistions or the bore was bad crooked or lose somthing along the lines of that
  20. i like to just let off the gas a tiny bit and shift withought the clutch but i also had a bent sift fork when we took my motor apart
