I got the Pingle filter with one input and two out.

a stock stator is 85watts, so 2x50w bulbs is over your limit. You need a bigger stator like a 200w RickyStator unit to run those. Oh and try to stay about 50watts under the limit so your lights don't completely dim out at idle.
