It doesn’t just die, it starts spitting and pooping and bogging then dies. Took off head it appears to have sucked up metal from bottom end through ports And ruined pistons and domes again.

Like I Said before the clutch is not the issue it engages and disengages like it supposed to…

Back to working on banshee again, did compression test and only have 65psi on left And 75psi on the right.

Clutch is working fine. I bought bigger pilots jet kit gonna try that. I had 55 in it already then bored it to 68.50. I ordered 55-80 jets

Just rebuild it and bored it to 68.50.

I just rebuilt it and went from Stock to 68.50. This was first time starting it up. Have 28 mm kehien carbs with 160 main and 55 pilot. Air box with no lid and k and n filter.

My banshee starts and runs fine in neutral, but as soon as you shift it into first or second it dies. Doesn’t matter if clutch pulled in or not, and it’s not dragging or sticking.

I having same issue with my banshee

Have 98 banshee was running perfect and I got on to ride it and it started went about 50 ft and died. Now it starts and runs for a few seconds and dies and backfires sometimes when kicking it over. I replaced coil and head gasket and checked compression and everything good there and ideas on what’s could be going on? I suspect electrical issue

Did you figure out this issue? My banshee is doing same thing

Does anyone know where to get some 2008 oem orange and black plastics at?

New filters on and it runs great, can’t believe it was that simple of a fix the whole time

Ok figured out problem, took off air filters and shee ran perfect, not a bit of bogging and twice the power it had. I ordered new filters they will be here tomorrow.

Not sure on placement of clip, and air screws are out 2 turns

And yes fmf gold series fattys

The numbers on pilot jet are 27.5 and main jet 300

Not sure on jet size, not much experience with carbs, and I’m running k and n open filter straight off the carburetors. I’m at 750ft of elevation and when I say bogs I mean it falls on it’s face, until around top of 4th then runs good.

Just bought a banshee mostly stock except gold series exhaust and TORS delete, starts, idles, and revs good but bogs on low end when you take off and starts running great about top of 4th. Came with an extra set of carbs which I have swapped and it seems to be a little better but still bogging any help would be appreciated for I have always wanted a banshee and finally got one just tryna get it tuned right.
