  1. If it runs great when it is cold and bogs when it is hot then you are too rich. Air is more dense when it is cold so it leans the engine out. The plug color means very little it is an average of the air fuel ratio for the whole time you have ran it. A proper plug chop shows the circut (mains or pilot combo) depending on where you hold the throttle while testing. Everything else ,other than dyno tune with afr (air fuel ratio sensor) is a guess.
  2. Cpi in frame pipes k&n filters no air box 1200 feet 47 pilot 190 mains 85 to 90f full drag port pwk 34mm custom machined Velocity stacksVelocity stacks
  3. Looks like they might have been on the snug side of the bore job, .003 to 004. I would pull them the rest of the way off so could see if the scratches are deep. If it was a snug bore sometimes you can hone out the cylinders and put new pistons and rings
  4. I build a lot of banshees and a plug chop is always a good idea unless you have a dyno with an afr (air fuel ratio sensor) without it you are guessing your ratios. A plug chop will show a soot ring at the base of the plug measure it with a digital caliper if it is 2mm it is prefect smaller lean bigger rich.
