How funny you say that yesterday I was takin a look at my quad and noticed the left exhaust dry and the right exhaust to be a little moist , I wake up and see your post so now it's gots me thinking a lil like damn could that be that but when the bikes runnin it looks like the same amount of smoke is coming out of both sides when first started when warmed up it goes away (the smoke), for the noise idk .. As for mods I had them ported the first time I bought a new pair of jugs, it's been bored twice since than, I'm at 64.50 right now , coolhead Domes now at 22cc, just had a fresh top and bottom end done, not even 7 hours on motor yet . I've been watching a couple vids with FMF pipe and I'm sorta noticing the same noise on every bike so maybe I'm paranoid but rather be safe than sorry so I'm gonna be takin my bike back into the shop I'll let you guys know how it goes .   9. Lol and you need sensors for temp bro those have senors in them , sayin the oil is alot on the sensors man, if it aint for air/fuel ratio than you good . im takin bout a jetting and tune. ( i meant sensor)

  12. If you gotta good tune you shouldn't need one of those, cant leave them in too long 2-Strokes kill 02 sensors, Something you pop in real quick and take out will be alright but not to leave in . IMO
  13. Damn man that horrible I remember when my crank went to shit.. ain't a good feelin. Ye man you almost had it , it had to do with the exhaust , thats what I thought at first was the springs but wasn't that ended up being the exhaust hanger ,that stay muffler ,that thing that's right next to the tank that connects to frame and pipe Haha anyway I popped a wheelie, hit hard coming down and broke the cushion in between those metal pieces ( looked old and flaky ) so the exhaust was just hanging prolly was bound to happen but got the part today will install tomorrow and for sure will put up a video I lagged today just went for a ride and it slipped my mind once I found the issue ( hopefully ) we'll see if that takes away the sound. Haha na man I know that sound with the kickstarter ( too annoying ) when that happened I was able to point that out asap [emoji817]if it ain't a noise that's suppose to be there I don't like it haha .   14. My mains are 360 i have some mods check my post you might want to bump it up just a lil im at stock pilot hope that helps ( But i street ride so im always at open throttle for freeway and stuff )
  15. Lol dont say that bro , just got a whole new top and bottom end done on it , ive gone through 2 tanks of gas if that. Honestly i dont remember its been awhile since ive started it since that leak but im getting off work early today so ill be postin a vid in a few hours . hope you guys know what it might be ... shit if it is anything with that motor lol ... man.

Kinda found that weird but idk he said it would work lol I'll just ended up replacing the oil seal for the shift lever ( than I should be [emoji817] with the bike ) other than that weird rattle sound it gives at the end of a rev up when coming down at high rpms . I'll post a vid later see what you guys think. but haven't got to ride this thing was too worried about that leak but now I know my oil levels are the same Ima let it rip , prolly tap in the oil seal see if that works but with a deep socket ( hopefully goes in a lil more even ) won't hurt anything since I'm replacing anyway .   17. Was told to tap the seal in so it could tighten up and to use a flathead screw driver and tap it around so it goes in even... Any thoughts on that? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  18. The clutch was too rough in the beginning because my lever was worn out so I was kinda smashing through gears Could that be what caused it or just not sealed right? ( the levers replaced now shifted through gears smooth) Is that something that needs to be takin care of asap or would it be alright when ridin it here n there.. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  19. Found the leak! It's a real small one but makes a puddle within a day not a big one but a spot, I would say it has to be the external shift oil seal.. I wiped it so it doesn't look bad but it's there . Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Ye but with this Castor927 with premium you can see the color difference at least i can, for transmission oil i use Maxima MTL-E 85W Transmission Fluid so you notice the thickness difference but yeah most def the whole motor was sparklin clean till i put back the fattys on they still had some black oil from last blow so when driving it , it started getting hot makin that oil leak back probably should cleans those too any suggestions , thanks man most def will do, yesterday tried finding the issue havent started it since but still cant find it . Ill try n do that today or this Friday and get back to you guys , thanks
  21. i guess thats possible but i know the difference on the feel and smell ... the oil on the floor is hella slimy an thick but clear and clean so i know its fresh .. i had some oil drip that was black from my last issue so i kno thats the old oil dripping but na theres no gas at all in the smell or feel, literally looks jus like oil but idk im stuck at work, things buggin me rn lol so i might just ended up gettin out early to give you guys a better description ill try to post pics if i see a leak that noticeable, will post when i get out thanks again guys .
  22. shit if i were to do that id say its leaking from one of the bottom bolts of the case which i know its not haha see wat im sayin , but idk well see . As for the noise any suggestions on that
  23. ^ Lol first thing i did man , its so small i cant notice it , it must be a small leak and when i try to follow the wet line it goes into a dry spot or a spot where the bike used to leak from the exhaust pipes and motor jugs ( front ) so it interferes with that and i notice the left carb moist so that might have to end up getting the gasket replace since the right one was leaking and ended up getting that replace fixed the problem ... all in all im sayin with that kind of leaking its making it hard to point out the spot man its frustrating . thanks tho

I just got a fresh top and bottom end rebuild not to long ago , ive rode the bike at least 5 times ( 3 hours give or take ) ive noticed a good size puddle coming from behind the quad every time i come back for a ride ( honestly its there sometimes even when i dont ride..) i dont know where its coming from But i put a paper towel under the quad after i ride and the next morning the towel has a little damp spot, not to big honestly but its still there i dont notice the oil level dropping when i pull the dip stick out but any suggestions on where it could be coming from or If i might of over filled it?( one full quart and a half) or maybe its just the hoses that leak out ? if not would the bike still be alright to drive with that leak being there everytime?, One last thing the bike starting to make a ping sound at the end of revving up the motor or when im down shifting and it kind of bumps up the RPMs i get a little rattle when coming down off that high rev thought it might be the exhaust springs? (that ping started after hitting it hard full throttle ) but any suggestions on that ? Thanks
