my mods are a stock welded crank, 28mm pwk carbs with K&N`s(I want to keep these for some low end unless the crank will make up for it if i go to a 33 or 35mm carb, Sandtrax MX style porting(which will work with the stroker crank) vitos pistons, stock modified reeds, CPI`s,cool head, 17cc domes, 225lb. compression. 111 octane race gas, makes 67hp 37ft lbs.

does it add a noticible increase in torque? im at 67hp with the stock crank and I want to be around 80, do you think i can get there with just a crank change???

I found a vitos kit on ebay for 500, doesnt wiseco make vitos cranks and pistons???

where can i get one ? my mechanic wants 650 for them. any cheaper??

I know antifreeze is green it just looks a lot greener than normal, like a dye was put it, it may just be the picture, plus ive always run the orange so i wasnt thinking about it being green anyway. some red dye would really make it look better though, it almost sticks out too much to me.

shave the front fenders, if you like fenders you can get a graphics kit. newer pipes, those are the first FMF`s they made I think. I bet you could get more power out of newer set. but if thats all you got, run em. get rid of the clear hoses, is that green dye in there? at least switch to red dye. go to a 20" tire, i personally just dont like the balloon tire look. clutch insert, water pump cover, maybe a bilet kickstarter if money permits. same on the other side, a stator cover. or you could go for all performance mods. looks pretty good over all though.

thats my combo almost exactly, it made 67hp/37ftlbs on the dyno, let me know whats yours does. are you still running the stock crank??

you would probably need to run at least 93 with 19cc domes, you could run 91 with 20cc domes, i recently switched to 17`s and i run 111 octane. I still have a set of 20`s that i only ran for a year if your interested. good luck.

ive got the original all black cover from my 95, it was taken off the first year i had it, it does say yamaha on the very back but it doesnt have the silver stripe like the ones do now.
