Thread on how to make this? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm not missing any coolant though. And I don't have equipment to do the leak down test Ima have to take it to shop and prolly get charged arm and leg. But set the carb floats at about 20mm. Another thing I did was put my hand to cover the right exhaust pipe (looking from rear) and she dies. If I do it on left (side that's smoking pretty bad) it keeps going and revs up. Don't know if this pin points anything or matters. Any help would be appreciated. I have about 4 tanks since this engine got new top and bottom end put in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Update: found issue for Reving up when I pulled choke out. I had the bowls mixed up[emoji35] Now I have another problem. I'm getting pretty white smoke from left pipe the choke carb side. Won't stay running on that cylinder and spitting fuel from pipe. If I plug pipe it revs up if I plug the right pipe she dies. Sprayed of of cleaner all around and don't think I have leak. Did notice one of the carb boots had small tear on top. Would this do it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes sir one of the fist things I checked Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Okay so banshee was running fine until I rebuilt carbs. Put back same jets I was using before only rebuilt since floats did not hold. Issue I'm having is it revs up high when I pull the choke out almost sounds like air leak? Also seem like it starts running really lean and smokes really whit smoke out of left pipe. Right one smokes also but not as bad. When choke is in it idles like a champ? Any help would be appreciated I'm stuck. Pilot is 30 mains are 330. Open air box with uni pod filters, t5 pipes, vforce3 reeds. Stock bore Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Started checking things today and there might of been a ground issue. Another thing I found is that regulator has a blue wire going to harness. Followed it and connects to a butt connector that turns into a yellow wire that goes to stator I assume. Anyways where this connector is it looks like it got so hot it started to melt wire. Any idea why it would do this? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What size bars you guys running on a stock stator? And what bars mount easy to the stock brackets. Or do you need to make a custom bracket for all light bars? Post some pics!

Ok thanks. So if I get a reading anything more than 16.3 volts my regulator is bad correct? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How do I check if my regulator is bad. There a test I can do? Thinking might have a bad ground. Got my frame powder coated and haven't ran any lights until these leds that blew on me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If that regulator is not working correctly does it affect anything else besides the lights? But okay I'm going to look into the dc conversion kit instead. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
-
So I would need two resistors correct? One for each light? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Any info on wiring the in line resistor and where to get one. And ya I was afraid I would need to come convert to DC Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Has anybody ran these on a stock stator? I installed them on my banshee and about two rides they blew on me. I wired them into stock wiring and stator. Used the high beam wire. Would wiring them into low beam wire make a difference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was having same problem on my tors delete screws. Little blue loctite worked great! I don't even use the nuts anymore. Nice build by the way man. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

What's a good carb rebuild kit out there? Or is it better just to go oem and buy from Yamaha? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Installed the cree led lights and They look bad ass and are bright as hell Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Those LED Bulbs I ended up putting in would dim and almost flicker a bit kind of annoying. Ima order some of those LED lights though I bet they are way brighter. So do u just charge the battery every now and then? There any info somewhere on how to install one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I thought about getting some of these. They look pretty sweet and I'm sure they are bright. Would a stock stator work and what did u do for brackets and mounting them?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
