Looking for a standard length Roll Design swing arm. Don't want anything that has been tweaked or repaired. Would consider -1 or +1 but prefer standard. Thanks

What's a cover build? And yea shock set up in is key... I've always put the most time in money in the suspension of any build I've done ... from Jeeps to mountain bikes. Fireball is on my list. I'm still hoping someone has a standard length Roll they would like to sell...

Don't do +1? And what about an axle? Any other options for the sprocket and brake carrier?
I originally liked how Lonestar had the swingarm, axle, hubs, and all the other components...

What is everyone's suggestion on the swing arm?
Stock or Lonestar?
If Lonestar, stock length or plus 1?
Wanting an all around machine. Woods, hills, and MX.

Yea I've heard that. Not saying other builders aren't reliable, just the decision I felt comfortable with. My build is slightly different from what most would do to a Banshee

I like their long term reputation and the approach on the build. I'm looking to build a strong, reliable full build. Would rather be bullet proof rather than the fastest.

Typing at work sorry... they already have the motor so they would do finishing work on the frame and instal motor and suspension.
Basically when get the bike back, all I would need to do is put plastics on it and go ride.

Not dead set yet, but Duncan has my motor so I may send them my frame so then can send me back a roller.
Thinking Roll Designs long travel A-arms and Elka Stage 5's
Still debating on the Lonestar swing arm and axle.... wish Roll still made swing arms.

PB Blaster did the trick. Everything is off the frame, time to make a pallet and send off to get media blasted, gusseted and powder coated Yamaha Blue

I was exaggerating with the sawzall part hahha. Everything came off like butter except that stuff...
Looking like I'm sending frame off to get gusseted and powder coated

Almost have everything off the frame but one upper A-Arm is stuck and of course the pivot bearing on the swing arm. Sledge hammer didn't work... I think it may be time to invest in a sawzall

After speaking with some companies that have done full builds with and without aftermarket frames, they cautioned my that stuff just never lines up correctly. Two competitive companies suggested gusseting my factory frame, even if price was no object. One of them actually used to sell the Lobo chassis...

Lots of mixed components... I'm not a MX racer. Point of my build isn't to have the fastest most capable bike. If that was my goal I would buy a new 450 and mod it out. I want to build a top of the line quality Banshee that is timeless.

I have been in contact with him... he has everything torn down to just the frame. Somewhat nervous about one-off parts...
And I hope it goes perfectly but nothing ever does. I've done a couple custom builds with bikes and Jeeps but never a Banshee. I've always had a time-line, but this time I am in no hurry.
