I figured, And when amd if it dose come to change the crank seal i can pop the seal out right?, cuz on my 250 i can just screw a screw into the seal and pull it right out. Ive never dine it on a banshee but i figure its the same shit. Just all the videos im finding the cranks out the motor.

Yup! Im in the process of ordering it now. And i didnt mean to say take exhaust off i ment to say motor out of frame my bad, and i couldnt see why i would have to do that.

I did recently change my clutch plates and shift shaft and installed a pancake bearing. I did leav it apart for awile clutch cover off for about(3,4 weeks) Wonder if it is the crank seal!, Do i have to take the exhaust off to do the leak down test with that exact tester off ebay?

Okay i hear wat ur sayin, And the plugs are a nucce coffe brown. But the one the is running bad is allways a little weter, Thats wat made me think it eaither not burning off the fuel or its geting to much fuel. Thanks for ur help man. You guys in here have helped save my ass a few times

I just bent the shit out of my axel carrier bolt,the one that gos thru the chain tensoners. Yea got in my sproket hub and riped the nut right off and bolt bent to fuck. Had to beat it out.

And both cylinders are at 117 psi, Bone stock shee, Im not sure in this i just want to ask but if i did have a leak wouldent the cylinder thats leaking run more lean and higher rpm, thats wat ive exsperinced in the past. The cylinder that running bad on mine is just running weak (less ummff) 45 bucks aint bad though ima prolly just get the leak down tester so i have it to.

Okay sweet thanks man. Cuz ive triple checked and made sure it isnt the: Carbs Soark plug wires, Spark plugs, Carb boots, Carb slides (adjusted perfect), I checked fuel lines, Looked thru every hole or passage way in the carbs, I unhooked the tors and tryed pluging it back in, I would say it could be exhaust but it backfires to so that cant be it, Ive looked at the reeds they look goofd from wat i can see, The right cylinder (the one that runs like shit) runs closest to the left cylinder (the one that runs fine) at very low rpms and very hight rpms (almost full throttle, But thru the WHOLE mid range its like The cylinder that runs good is blowing and ba dingin (lol) 5 times stronger then the weak one and the good one smokes alot more to, Time to get a leak down tester i guess .

Okay the float bowls were mixed up but i fixed that and its still running the same on the weak cylinder.

Okay i do have the hose for the choke all good and it has no cracks but i might have the bowls mixed up fersure. I think ima try swaping thoughs Allready taken the carbs off 40 times mis well do it again lol. Thanks man

Yesi just changes jets and floats ect, I know not to swap slides,the litle shiny mark that u line up with the windows on the carbs wont match cuz there on different sides of the slide. And ive been thinking about a leak down test, ima look up how to make on and see if i can throw it togeather Ive alos check compression 117psi each cylinder. All stock shee by the way PS, what different anout float bowls.

I had a 87 banshee with rz 350 motor. Gear ration was way to long for the street. But it was fast in the long run.

Just so everything is clear, the right cylindrs is running weaker and it hicups a little bit on my shee. It did it awile a then it went away. And now that cylinders running werid again and its not going away, I have tryed:; Swaping plugs Plug wires Carb floats Tors and unpluged it Synced carbs with windows on the side Made sure they open at the same time Ive swaped everything from one carb to the other multiple times, This is blowin me, Thanks for any input.

Nevermind i didnt figure it out LOL. But it did get a little better, i think i just need to keep messing with the float hieght.

Think i figured it out its eaith the tang on the float or the slides are out of sync

Ive swaped the plug caps though and nothing happens. Dosent that rule that out ?

Hey guys my right cylinder is missfireing and is running weak, Ive made sure its not, The plugs The tors Plug caps Compressions good And ive ive tryed to swap everything to get to the problem to switch cylinders to figure it out but it bustin my balls. Must have taken this shees carbs of 20 LITERALY in the last couple days. She runs okay up in the rpms, but dont low and in mid throttle she hicups pretty bad anddosent run as strong as the left cylinder. Thanks for any help this site has helped me alot in the past.
