  1. If you want to sell your alba arms I'd be willing to buy them.  I'm ready to pull the trigger for new +2+1 since Im just a trail riding and climbing hills.  My stock suspernsion works for me just find maybe since I am so light?  I had KB5 rebuild my stock rear shock.  Night and say difference rides like a lazy boy on 4 wheels.

PM a price on your arms if you want to sell.  I do not need shocks.  $ paypal ready or money order ready or check ready or can dive to NJ also...IDK

  2. I have this on my bike. It helps a lot.  I saw more torque and snap on throttle also.  I could dog the bike down to like 3mph never use clutch and just mash throttle and it would rip.  Doing this mod make the bike act more like a 4 stroke, just mash and all torque.  Best $100+ I've ever spend.

I run 91-93 gas mix 40:1 maxima oil

    12T front 41T rear gearing

    fmf pipes

    EHS air box lid

    prodeisgn foam filter

    jetted 30P 280 Main

    OEM carbs

Its pretty fun.  Going to try +4 timing next and then leave it alone.

Compared to what other companies do to heads theirs is nicest ive ever seen.  I had Eric Gorr do a head on my kx112...well lets just say it looks like it was spun on lathe by a student learning...nothing like mulls stuff!

  3. My wife started on a 01 trx250ex I build for her.  She hated it.  I got her a 2011 raptor last yer in blue.  She loved it and mastered the clutch. It was the most reliable little bike I have ever owned.  She blew out front wheel bearings jumping it, we geared it for the woods and put 1" wheel spacers on it and it was a neat bike.  She got sick of the clutch after a year, mainly in rocky trails.  I got her a KFX700.....thing is no joke.  Mix of sport and reliability also.  Out of all of them I lived the raptor 250x best, she was only 5'2" and the kfx is rather large.  If recluse would of offered an auto clutch set up I'd of bought on for the raptor.  My buddy just sold off a blaster and the raptor 250 is way more nicer to ride the blaster.

Maybe this will help you. Maybe it wont.  Why not let her decide...that's why mine has a KFX700 after seeing an overweight women on the trail, stop back up and go rip back up a hill...she was sold.  Plus they sound great and are easy as crap to work on.

  4. Come on guys.... these things are not the best thing out there we all know this. It's motor is it's fun part.  Odd build chassis and many companies making upgrades only help to make it better, in stock form its no impressive.  I'm def man enough to admit that.  I've owned a lot of bikes.

  5. I've only used 14mm ball joints. I do not need to be bright in the banshee world.  It's not a bike that's super impressive to me being a 3wheeler rider.  I'd just like to know what size ball joints are used and thickness of metal. Can no one ask a question about parts?  NO need to be a  asking like a better man.

Being the same width from and rear would be good in the woods so I do not clip trees are 30mph.  Not all trails are wide open dunes where I ride in PA.

  6. I know what the numbers mean lol, Been in this game 26 years.  I am 48" at rear and 46" up front so these will make me same width front and rear.  That's why I have room for them lol.

I just need to find out what size ball joints they use and what the thickness of the arms mental is.  It seems like a decent deal per the reviews I found.

  7. I think ill order a set of those alba arms.  My buddy will be busy with building arms for the next few months.   My stock are are nice with new bushing but i did measure and I have room for the extra inch per side and can take the front spacers off to sell on craigslist.

    Link works for me.

He did my banshee frame and many other bikes like this little wonder......nothing stock and there's about no one who touch's 3wheeler anymore. KX112 motor in 85 200x frame, 250R shocks, 200x swingarm modified to run 300ex axle, 450R rotor 450r sprocket hub and rotor guard.  A lot of stuff no one will do he does for me at least and some other people.  I know a lot of the 3wheeler guys love his stuff.  There is some banshee stuff there from time to time but not much. I use him when I want odd ball stuff built nice.

He made some +2 arms for my wifes 250ex no one makes them lol

He made +1.5 85 200x swingarm for me

He made stock length 300ex style swingarm for an 85 200x for me

He is currently making a 85 200x KX112 conversion air box for me 85 200x

He is currentrly making BAJA rims out of some old douglas blue lables I kept off a parts quad

I've had a few set of arms made 300exs.

Just need to ask him, but I've known him for years so I do not get turned down, lead times can be longer consider 1 guy makes everything by hand.

  9. www.HREatv.com arms look the same as everyone elses, 14 or 16mm ball joints.  He may or may not make a set for you.  I've know him very long time so he does anything I want for me but I bring over templates.

I have an antivibe stem from him with Honda top clamp.

  10. For trail riding I have never had an issue with 1" spacers on the front.  The billet adaptors I make and sell for quads seem to work fine.  Would I run them on a machine that's gonna be jumped...nope.  1" is not gonna hurt you or feel it.

I think my bike is 46.5" in the front and 48" in  the rear last time I measured. Normally I have my friend make my ATV parts but was just wondering about the arms since his lead times can take longer that's all.

  11. Any reason everything is +2 +1?  I know what the numbers mean.  When i ran hondas I could get +1 +0 +1+1 any combination really for woods riding.  I have some alba stuff already it seems decent for what it is.  Thanks for the link.  Didn't know they made arms.

  12. I replaced the stator on my bike the other night and noticed I have a billet aluminum stator plate with advancing marks.  What does this do?

I do not have a ton of mods because i wanted to keep the bike woods friends for trail riding.

    fmf fatty exhaust

stock carbs jetted spot on it seems @ 30pilot 280 Main

mull engineering milled and redomed head.

    boysen power reeds

    preodesign foam air filter

    eha air bod lid

12T front and 41T rear sporket

I climb some hills and run trails.  Not looking for more HP.  Bike is fun where is is right now.

  13. I was not looking for A-Arm but i noticed these.  They seem too cheap to be worth a damn considering the last custom set I had my buddy make me were $425.00 and a good $70 of that was 14mm ball joints.

Has anyone run these or know anything about them? Thin walled tubing? what size ball joints.  Cheaper is not always better when your bashing coal rocks at 30mph.

I currently have stock arms with 1" wheel spacer on the front which works fine for trail riding but I would like to go alittle wider at some point.

If its comming from Cali I know its made in china or hong kong...which I am fine with considering my company sells ASIA alot of machines USA made to make products.

    Let me know

    Peace out.

  14. I got it off.  i used a bolt to spot it on my timing place.  put JB weld in it let it sit.  threaded the puller down and gave it 1 last wack.  It poped off!  Do banshees come with a billet aluminum adjustable timing plate?  Also what does that do power wise...a few people sats +2 or +4 timing but I'm clueless on what it does? My dirtbike motors don't got them options I have a few mods like millet head and pipe and flowing air box and i ride the woods and hills...

this looks shiny as fack, unless the Ricks Motorsports stator came with that..  See attached.  I'm glad i walked away to watch tv with my wife for a few hours.

I need a nice used flywheel now...anyone got one they can rush me?  If not off to ebay.

  15. JR's cycle shop in ephrata did the work.  They has messed a bunch of other stuff up and stole some crap off my bike then closed their doors.  I've been re-fixing everything they did since nov 2015.  I don't want to mess anything up worse then it is.  I've seen some hookey crap with flipping blown up bike bikes and atc's but never anything like this coming form a cycle shop.  Guess i was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

  16. I do not have an welder or know anyone with one locally.  Could I soak it in penetrating oil and use something to pull it off.  I do not have a jaw puller either, any idea where I could get something or possibly make something out of long bolts like a figure?  I tried threading in my puller I had, it went int all the way and when i went to pull it off i just removed any of the remaining threads & messed up the end of my flywheel puller too.   I put the case on and walked away and road my KX112 3wheeler.

As far as messing up the fly wheel...well its already messed up in my book so I am OK wasting it but how in the world the shop got it back on when they did my ricks stator is beyond me.  I have the bike on its side soaking in WD40 right now.  It was pretty rusty inside and I did see a flywheel key.  I even ran it 15 mins with out the stator nut and cover off thinking maybe it would spin its self loose.  Didn't work.  Maybe I can sleep on it and figure out a fix this week.  I wanted to ride it at the hills this weekend to test my new OEM stator
