Well 50.1 is lacking oil even with amsoil cuz that's what I run at 40.1.... So my guess is you might have ran her lean with not enough oil(i believe how that works)...and as sleeper said you prolly have and air leak.. Is also check the carbs to make sure slides are correct and bowls..

Id start at 310 main 27.5 pilot plug chop...then adjust arrcordingly..also maybe run 40.1 that might help a little and won't hurt it running good oil like klotz
