Did you have the thrust washers in the right place? There should be a thrust washer behind the inner hub Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

Did you check your clutch basket to see if the bushings are gone (clutch chatter ) grab the gear and the basket and see if you have any play in it. Check to see if the noise is coming from the clutch cover or the top end. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

Is your crank trued and welded? Also do you still have the switch on the clutch lever if so disconnect it. I had a bike that was doing the same thing and it was the switch on the clutch lever Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
