  3. How would you know if head is warped Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
  4. Yeah I followed the torque sequence 10.15 20 and the top head gasket was new when I put it on today. Also I reused the bottom ones bc I had to get cylinders hoaned but last year I only road a little but like 20 mins half hour before I noticed leak coming from head gasket so I figured the bottom gaskets would be fine ?? 5. Oh yes I also had my cylinders honed today bc of a little rust the local shop did it for me Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk

  7. Sorry it's been so long since I last posted. I had some legal issues but anyways. I rebuilt my banshee literally today and torqued everything to spec put the pipes on clean the carbs I got stock cylinders and pistons so the carb idle and air screw should be the same right??. But here the problem I'll pull out the choke all the way and it will start and it has trouble idling and when I hit the gas it will go for a little and stall out. Then when I try to start it again it will back fire. It kinda sounds like both pistons will fire on n off but at separate times. The pipes are blowing hoot white smoke also please anyone that can help I'm open to advice and I will message back now bc I will have phone on me at all times Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
  8. Also what do the studs need to torqued down to ? Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
  9. Does it matter what kind of gaskets you get ? Namura? Athena? Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
  10. Oh ok well thank you Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
  11. Do you think I was looking compression from the leak and can get new gaskets and torque everything down to the spec? I mean do u think it's a possibility ? The cylinders and head look clean no scrapes, dents or dings Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
  12. Yeah I hear the snap-on ones work great. N ur right I should have just gotten a better one but I figured hell what's 15 bucks Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk

  14. They didn't do the top end they were suppose to look over everything and I called the day after and they said they can't ride it they can only start it up for a couple mins and that's when I hung up the phone lol Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
  15. Yeah I know I kinda just had to get away from it and ok I'll try when I get off work I'll let u know Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
  16. Last fall I have gotten my shee back from the shop from a fixed stator and a couple miscellaneous things. Fresh rebuild And when I got home I figured I could go ride it so I get about 15-25 mins in and it starts leaking coolant out the over flow and then from the head. I let it sit all winter and have it a compression test yesterday it ran right up to 60 and stopped both sides could this be from the leak? Or could it be that I blew it up when riding it that 20 mins ? Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
  17. Defiantly clean the carbs and make sure they're synced also what hoppedupandcutdown said use fresh gas Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
  18. Ok I'll check compression tomorrow u would think it had compression since it's a new rebuild right ? And it blows more cold air when rev it up. I'll let u know what's up. Btw thank you for helping me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I switched the plugs fired left side switched the plugs fired left side but didn't fire right any of the times. its getting gas to both carbs verified. I just rebuilt it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Yes I have Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Machinegunbanshee yeah exactly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Rebuilt Top end the right side is not firing up switch the plugs the plug wires and still right side carbs can be clean as can be flywheel clean as can be tried literally everything besides switching the carbs. And getting longer choke tube but my right cylinder should still be firing up even if it's the carbs right? But anyways please any information will be helpful Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Ok thank you guys ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
