  1. My auto parts store didn't have all the leak down test parts so I decided to take the head off the one piston. And the piston arm that attaches to the rod is really loose and there's pieces of metal inside the exhaust pipe and around the piston area...what broke? I can literally shake my whole piston around, it's really loose
  2. I'm actually making it as we speak. I took my coolhead off already tho Can I put It back on and do the test still? And one of the small o-rings that go around the studs was busted. Will that cause a leak?
  3. I'd rather not deal with all the upgrades so would I be able to buy stock parts and put it back to stock? Or are there problems going that route too?
  4. Not at all, i want to do everything I need to do to make my quad running correctly. I just have little knowledge on what I should do first And what other stuff I need to do to get it back to normal.
  5. My carbs aren't synced that's why it fried I think. I just got my shee and don't know much about the motor, still learing. I'm ordering a carb sync tool too. Just need to figure out my piston situation.
  6. Don't know much about the head being bored and I fried a piston. The guy I got my shee off of said it's bored .05....does that sound right. or would it be .50? How would I measure to be sure cuz i need a piston asap. And where can I find a piston the size I need?
  7. Selling race cut plastics. They are white and it's only the front and rear. I do not have the upper plastics. Plastics are a little dirty but could be cleaned up and painted nice. Shoot me a text for pics. 7323434407 thanks Asking 100obo
  8. Problem is, the notch is not on the clutch case it's on the motor itself. I thought about jbweld but thought it would melt from the motor getting too hot?
  9. yeah if that notch that's missing is the problem then is there a possible fix?
  10. This is my first banshee and I've been doing a bunch of work to it. One problem is the kick start doesn't always engage. I took off the clutch case and found that theres a "C" notch that holds a piece from the Kickstart shaft into place but half the "C" notch is broken off and allows that piece to just rotate freely. Tried to explain best I could. anyone have this problem and is there a solution to it? I can still kick start it but it's a pain, I'll get a couple kicks every 10 misses.
