  2. What brand of premix are you using? Since the RZ has powervalves have you had any issues with them sticking or gumming up? I am planning on using Yamalube. Normally I run Maximum.
  3. Here is mine. It's a clark tank. I like these better than the IMS ones. To me they look Better.

    RZ Parts

    I need the housing the power valve cables go into on the side of the cylinder. If anyone has one or knows where to get one let me know. I tried the dealership and had no luck and relying on eBay is taking forever.... Item 19 and 17 of the picture. Hope it shows up
  6. This is what I ran when I had my Mikuni TM 34. Mine where bored out to 35.5 but this should get you close. Main Jet: 340 Pilot Jet: 50 Needle Jet: 389 Q-2 Jet Needle: 5FP17 2nd from blunt end Had these on a Fully ported K&T Bike
  7. In need of a stock set of banshee pistons. I know someone has some lying around. I need both pistons and rings. Doing a RZ project. The cylinders I have are stock bore and are within spec. I'd like to put the engine together and test run it. To make sure everything is working fine. Mainly want to check my electrical and also make sure the head and cylinders are good before sending them off to my builder. I'll give someone 30 bucks or somthing for a decent set.   8. I had a K&T 350 with the same carbs (34 Mikuni TM's bored to 35.5). I ran the 5FP17 needle in the middle (3rd from the top) For the pilot jet I ran a 80 or 85 with the air screw 1 turn out. My power jet was adjustable and it had a range of 6 full turns I ran it at 3 full turns open. For the main jets I bought drill bits form a tool shop .110", .113", and .116" I drilled out my own main jets and normally ran the .113" When you drill out the mains you need to drill out the needle jet as well. Needle jet is 389 Q-2. So when you change jets you need to change the needle jet as well. The main jet and needle jet need to be the same size. I bought my needle jets form Sudco. My bike was drag ported and I had the timing at 7 or 8 degrees advanced. 17cc domes. Cpi inframe pipes. I duned my bike and this jetting worked great for me. I also mixed my oil 20:1 used Castor 927. Hope this helps
  9. I had Tm 34 flatsides board to 35.5. I ran a 340 main 50 pilot and Neelde was 2nd from the top or one up from middle. This was on a K&T 350 with CPI pipes. This should get you really close

  11. Move your coil on top of the brackets and it should clear the pipes. that's what I did.

  14. blueshee03 your about the only one I know that has had good luck with Andy. Search some of the other forums outside bansheehq. You'll find out quickly how many people he has screwed. I made close to 40 calls to Andy's shop in a 6 week period. He returned none of them. That's great customer service?? He pretty much made me a lemon for a motor and took my money and ran. Really nice honest guy. Good luck with your new pipes Andy....Hope you choke on em!!

  16. I understand. My main concern is I don't wnat to cut up my $300 fulbore plastic if it is not going to work with the oversized tank. Once it is cut the front fenders are junk. I cannot go back to the old syle tank without getting new front fenders. I am mainly asking if some one has cut up there one piece fullbore front plastic to accomidate a IMS or Clarke 5.6 gallon gas tank. Just curious if some one has tried this combination?? Thanks!!
  17. How many people have the clarke 5.6 gallon gas tank? Do you like it? Where is the cheapest place to get one??? They look alot nicer than the IMS tanks. I would like to get one but am unsure if it will fit with my Fullbore race front fenders. Has anyone tried a IMS or Clarke 5.6 gallon gas tank with fulbore front fenders?? Just curious how the fitup would be. I know I will need to cut the fullbore fenders down, I think with a clarke tank it would look pretty cool!! Thanks!

  19. Has anyone on here serviced there own shocks?? I have a set of works dual rate shocks. They need to have the oil changed. I took the whole shock apart and cleaned everything up. Now is there anywhere I can buy the oil and do this myself? I know I will need to have the shocks charged but I know a person that can do that. I am mainly looking for somewhere to get service parts for these shocks. I was very surprised how simple these shocks are??!!. Not much to the piston. I think if I could find a list of service parts I could do the work myself and probably revalve it. Any thoughts??

  21. What is eveyone running for jetting in Glamis? I have T5 pipes, boysen reeds, Pro Flow with K&N NO lid, timing is +4, that about it or mods. Jetting is at 30 pilot stock needle in 4th clip from blunt end, and 340 mains. Is this close? What needle does everyone run with the T5 pipes Stock? or the Aftermatket ones Toomey sends? If you run aftermarket needle do you need to run larger mains since the neeedle is so long? Going to Glamis in a couple weeks just curious if my jetting is close. Thanks!!
  22. YES!! YES!!! YES!!! THE DURA BLUE DESIGN SUCKS!!! I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THAT DAMN THING SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. Just a thought could you make something like the honda anti-fade. there design includes the brake hub and lock nut as one assembly. I just don't know how well it would work on the sprocket side of the banshee.
