With this big as gear ratio 1st just dont get it high enough..im thinking a 14-42 would do well

I run the same gears and it is hard to pop it up to ride wheelies unless you dump it in 2nd and can shift while in the wheelie takes the fun out sometime

Ive heard 50.1 can be ran with some oils but run amsoil dominator at 40.1 and love it

How long is your gas breather? I re ran all my trans and coolant lines to come out the side of tank cover so i can watch my trans and coolant just in case....but there is breather hose that comes up and sits in the gold holding brack where your throttle cable comes down might have just gor some after spray on it but im not too sure without seeing

As sheerider said to me before get a mull engineered billet impellar and gear....mull makes the shaft a little larger to prevent failure is how i took it...but id check your gear it might be bad and wont spin or could be worn and no spin enough...just some other thoughts

Did you check your water pump...take the cover off and look maybe a bad impeller or gear

If you ride trails and theres any kind of water holes or cricks i wouldnt run pods IMO. But being trail ported and +4 timing just depends on compression....but ic you have a cool head get some custom domes cut to run pump and then....Tahhhdahhhh mean as shee...and i think 28mm or 33pwks would be good carbs(personally havnt ran either just read up on em)i would assume

A plug chop is used to make sure the main jet is right...as im sure you know....but i ride hard 3/4 to WOT most the time so i cant afford to be lean...shit gets to expensive for my small pockets lol but extra plugs never hurts......can get a 10 pack on ebay for like 21 bucks
