  1. Do your self a favor and get one of these and you might as well upgrade to a billet water pump while your in there if its in your budget. I would go with FAST or driveline clutch. That pancake bearing will be a good mod though. http://farmandsandtoys.com/ocart2/categories/clutch-transmission/pancake-bearing.html http://drivelineperformance.com/yamaha/banshee/clutch/
  2. This will walk you through it. But yeah just like J madd said, when you push on the actuator arm (push it towards the clutch side) with your hand, with out the cable attached, it should stop at the arrow. So with the cable adjusted properly and cable attached to the arm it should line up at the arrow on the case with a little free play at the perch. A lot of people including myself like the arm to be just a tad behind the arrow on the case (toward the stator side)
  3. Just bought this, this past summer from JD, turns out I need the cheddar for other projects right now so Im gunna throw my carbon dipped stocker back on. Asking 200$ shipped.
  4. 392 uses 110 rod. $799 for their bolt on 392 top end (cylinders, pistons, rings etc) you already have the cool head and killer pipes. I love those pipes. Then you can sell your stock cylinders and then after its all said and done maybe spent 500 to 600 bucks. Just a thought http://drivelineperformance.com/yamaha-banshee-392cc-big-bore-assassin-cylinder-kit/
  5. Also to note: Bill tried my pipes on his 392 (stock stroke) with stock carbs and pods pump gas and made 74/42 or something like that. Not a bad bolt on option..
  6. Dont you have SLP pipes? I have driveline cylinders with my SLP pipes and it is a friggin blast. Always on the pipe. Fun stuff. Heres the thread. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/187424-421-driveline-lp-w-slps/

  11. 1.25 out^ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I thought the same. Maybe has been ported so it doesnt make much power down low but he has fmfs but with those mods I didnt think so.
  13. So how many turns out are your air screws then? It would be wise to figure out the jetting in your carbs that way you will get the right advice. Its very easy to do if you have never taken apart your carbs before, dont be intimidated by it. Look up how to do a plug chop that will give you an idea if you are too lean on your main jet. There is more to tuning your bike than just screwing the air screws in and out.
  14. Well you said that you stared leaning it out quite a bit so im assuming that you changed the jetting? or no?
  15. Is your motor ported? What are ALL of your motor mods and what is your jetting at. No body will be able to answer your above question without knowing those first

  22. Be sure to post this in the bansheehq facebook page, im sure they will go quick. someone will def trade you, give it a few weeks..do you not like these pipes because of how long it takes to get on the pipe?
  23. This may be a stupid question but Im gunna ask any ways. Why are people concerned with having a title? Ive never had one on any bike that ive bought... besides the stolen concern obviously.
