idler gear washer?

Helicoil works fine, mine was helicoiled by previous owner. Might be able to get an oversize drain plug and just drill and tap. Don't know which is better. But mine is working fine.

Same o-rings. If you are trying to use the domes from a stand bore cylinder, you'll need big bore domes with the Serval.

Those are not Haulers. They are The Edges

You said it sat for 6 months. Any chance of a mouse nest in pipe? Also does it roll easily in neutral and in gear with the clutch pulled? Petcock clean?

BUSA RIDER do you have RD350 motors or RD350LC motors? If they are RD350LC then the banshee lockup will work as both use the essentially the same clutch setup. http://www.rd350lc.net/Microfiches4L0-81.zip

Crap, I was thinking rz350. I have no idea of the rd. My bad.

Back end will be narrower by 2 inches total. Kinda depends if that affects you or not.

Sounds like the chemical dips for aluminum polishing is phosphoric acid.

I grease it to hold it in place. Probably doesn't matter either way.

You'll want 2579CD rings. 1 set per piston
Quickly glancing through Wiseco's catalog. It looks like all of their 2 stroke pistons of that size use the same rings.

Maybe adjust the camber a little and see if it allows enough clearance.

The pin for the connecting rod is moved 2mm out on the crankshaft web. This gives an additional 2mm up travel and an additional 2mm down travel of the piston. So 2mm+2mm=4mmYes, I understand that, but how do you get this extra stroke with a longer rod and stock cylinder? by a more diameter crank?
thanks for the reply

Probably a lot of labor included in the price.

They don't need to be formed lines. Any 1/4" or 5/16" fuel line will work.

You might try bending the mount tab on the pipe a little. See if it helps any. It may wrinkle/crack the chrome on the tab though...
edit: Space the silencer away from the frame and use hose clamps to pull the tubing closer to the frame near the carbs. Might help.

Can a mod move this to the "wanted" section?
