  3. Ok any suggestions on what I need to do now ? I have it bored .60 over , dmc exhaust and stock air box with no lid k and n air filter . I have unpluged the little black box for the tors . I have 280 mains and 27.5 pilots . I have cleaned and replaced pretty much everything in my stock mukuni carbs exept for the choke . I have changed and tightened the choke crossover tube and moved my needle clip back to the middle position . I think that is about it other than some odds and in s . Ok so now it is starting and idleing like it is supposed to with the choke but the exhaust is getting fairly warm pretty quick .   5. Ok well I guess mine are 40mm mukuni's . I think as far as the whole carbs go they can only go on one way because the choke tube wont go in the other carb . If you put the left carb on the right you wouldnt be able to pull the choke. Sent from my SCH-R530U using Tapatalk

  9. Ok I did that along with taking the carbs apart and cleaning them and changing the crossover tube . She fired up and ran pretty decent with the choke on and was no longer overflowing from the one carb on the left but the exhaust got pretty warm in that little bit of time .   13. By the way I would like to give you all an update I haven't messed with the carbs or that little black box or crossover tube but after I stopped the air leak and put the carbs back on. The left carb started to overflow . I took it apart and cleaned it and it stopped for a little bit and now it is doing it again .   15. Is the BB on the inside of the bowl or outside because I looked for this befor and the only thing I could find that looked like a BB both of the carbs had one in the same place .   17. Yes everything is on rite choke tube cut out synced and brand new jets but I dont know how to tell if the float bowls are on the rite carb but I think they should be because I just worked on one at a time . Thanks for the help and suggestions !! Sent from my SCH-R530U using Tapatalk
  18. I took the carb off cleaned it up and the overflowing stopped . I started it up and the choke was working properly but ........ one side of the exhaust got warm while the other stayed cold . Sent from my SCH-R530U using Tapatalk

  21. Yes I did try that it did not work . But I tore everything back apart and did the leak down again and it was leaking by the boost bottle . So I fixed that and now I am going to try it again tomorrow . Thanks for the help guys and I will keep you posted !! Sent from my SCH-R530U using Tapatalk

  24. Ok I changed the needle clip back to the middle and played around a little with the air and fuel screws but it wont start without a little throttle . It also wont stay running without the throttle . And the choke doesnt help . It acts like it wants to start if you use the choke but then once you get it running it does nothing . Help please !!
