Hello, i'm a new Banshee owner, 2006, T5, sport porting, head shaved a little bit, 137psi compression, VForce 4., still on stock bore, no frame/electrical/suspension mod at all.
The fist thing i will do is rebuilt the bottom (tranny bearings, seals and check the crank), but it's cold here in Quebec and i will wait a couple of month before doing so.
Since i need to do something on it right now i decided to start my mods by doing a new timing plate.
I dont know if this post is in the right forum, but for people who like CAO/CNC machinning, that should interest you ;-)
This is what i use to measure the plate :
I'm using Catia V5 for CAO and a DMG 5 axixs mill (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpydPwF3Kww)
First step: unmount and measure it!!
