  1. Definitely can't afford a new cylinder. .. and since it's a big bore I'll have to have the same 392 bog bore or new pistons and rings... fml
  2. Na the cylinder is cracked around 1 of the bolt holes..
  3. Well it turns out I bought a banshee with a "new" big bore kit that aactually has a cracked cylinder. .. so I got fu**ed as usual.

  9. Dang that's what the company I ordered the Jets recommended and sent. 280 290 300 and 320. I hope the new cylinders aren't warped..
  10. Yes but won't the air leak cause a super lean condition?

    Well I really only need the bottom of the case because part of the slot where my kickstart goes is broken but that means I'll have to tear the entire engine down. .. which I've never done on a banshee. But if I can find a complete one for a good deal then I'll go that route

  15. No it don't rev past 1/4 at all. Anything past 1/4 is bog. It's a 392 cc big bore. Fmf gnarlys and power core 2s. Fiber reeds. Boost bottle. Cool head not sure what cc domes. I have 30 pilots and have tried 300 and 320 mains.

  17. No i had issues i couldn't figure out the cause of so i did a leak down test yesterday. The soapy water was bubbling around the base gasket at front of engine. I bought it from a guy who just put a big bore on it and never even rode it because it wouldn't rev past 1/4 throttle. So i got it extremely cheap. He thought it was jets. Which the Jets were 260 which was way to small but i replaced those and it still isn't right. So my question is could that gasket cause the severe bog and could it cause it to be hard as hell to start??

  20. So I have been ha ing alot of problems with my new shee. .. after alot of tests I found I have a blown cylinder based gasket or some sort of air leak in that area. What problems or symptoms could this create?
  21. Well I found I have a blown base gasket with a leak down. Will this cause my problems?
  22. So my coil is supposed to read .28- .38 on the primary. It reads .6. What do u think?
