  1. I have pictures loaded on this computer but cannot get them on to this page, I am not into social media. I am headed to the shop to machine the domes and do many other things I'll check back later for an answer on how to do this
  2. Im nobody I don't sell services, I make a ton of stuff, I race RZR's in the Desert and as we speak I honestly do NOT own a Banshee, but I have parts comin out my ass, I use Banshee motors in race bikes, not into 4 wheelers
  3. the Aluminum is in sticks I cut off a piece then when I'm done its complete so I do every bit of it, top, sides, step, o-ring groove, pocket, squish band angle and width, depth of band, tapped hole and deburr did I forget anything
  4. can we count on you to make the tripo for this test, should of asked first
  5. I start with a blank piece of Billitt then machine the whole 27 feet
  6. NO modifications allowed out of the box test, it might only make 5 but the dyno graph will show all if it makes 2 its a better deal, its a Wiseco and if it does why would you buy the other unless performance doesn't matter to you. thats all
  7. also I understand your in Alabama (nice Museum at Barber) did you hear me once ask anyone for work? to buy anything? I'm not selling anything, see what I mean just attack someone for I don't know why, what I do know is there is nothing that I or my close knit group hasn't tried or did that you guys would even consider, this piston that is now avail. is compared to a 795 not a good comparison, its like this, Chevy makes a new Z/28 Camaro cute little sports car that you could drag race, and then the same Co. makes a COPO Camaro yet the COPO sucks because people don't know what it is but in a drag race who's gonna win....
  8. you cannot do anything in a logical manner there are so many kids on here that are just clueless, hell a Moderator is a clown, I said in the first post it has a 6 mil offset pin! right there anyone with a clue would have said" ok thats good go on! then I said it has a 10 mil raised intake! holy shit another clue, but no right over your head, then some dbag with his motor on the carpet asking about a steel clutch basket! the stupidity on here is amazing, they need a place for them to go on here to talk like idiots and leave technical stuff alone, including the ones with big words acting smart..
  9. I will don't recall over 7 HP anywhere in my answer's you decided to get it up to 10, I do have a picture with me on a turbo so I have ridden a Turbo, but no we'll just compare the SAME PORTED ENGINE WITH 2 DIFFERENT PISTON COMBO"S, WITH THE SAME REEDS, SAME CARBS,SAME PIPES, SAME SQUISH, SAME SQUISH BAND WIDTH, and as CLOSE AS WE CAN ON COMPRESSION and no it doesnt take me that long to swap Banshee parts
  10. with a .060 base it is drop in...I personally won't do that, I like to run it up into the head a mil "because I can" but 95%of the people on here that have a list of everything they bought for their Banshee so they can't just fire up a machine and cut what they need, but you all know "I can"...
  11. Banshee HP is coming to the test thanks.
  12. you are off track as usual, these pistons have a 6mil offset pin location, a 795 is 5mil offset so we still need to accommodate for 1mm, we can do 1 of 2 things we can run a stock banshee head with a .060 base! raising the transfers only 1 mil instead of 2 so thats a win situation, but a better scenario is (because I can) machine a dome with a 1 mil step in it and run a .020 base gasket kjeeping the transfers down where they need to be. are we getting this
  13. really, really, we are comparing apples to apples, not ported motors over these...pay attention, if you pull your 795's out and run these you will see a HP gain if set up the correct way!
  14. you are so full of shit its funny, this is what I'm gonna do just "because I can", I will put a 795 with spacer plate into a bike and dyno it "because I can", then I'll remove the spacer plate CNC a dome for 2 mil run up, "because I can" then I will install a .060 Base and run the new ones then I will CNC a 1 mil dome "because I can" and run it again all documented and filmed on the Dyno. just "because I can"
  15. the window is raised so it opens "SOONER" if it's elongated then the duration is longer, and you may be right on the 10 HP if its modified it will be more than that maybe 15HP, do you think Yamaha put those in there for no reason? those pistons carpetman has look to be out of an R5 which is a piston port motor, a banshee has reeds, that thing will run like crap, but carpetman will never get it running anyway!
  16. see that is where you have never tried it and can't comprehend it, you honestly believe yourself and you are totally wrong, again going from a "795 to these is a better alternative" there are gains to be made in other places but as you do not have a CNC a Mill a Dyno a lathe or porting tools it's gonna be hard for you to make improvements so to say these are not an improvement speaks volumes for you.
  17. who said they are enlarged? they are not enlarged they are re-located to get the incoming charge "under" the piston sooner, it would be called advancing the intake, and all it will do is ad a noticeable improvement, any movement after BDC that the crank moves with the intake port closed in any fashion will result in lost HP. those full skirt piston carpet man is using will negate 10HP. anyone using a 795 in a 4 mill LR has to change the head from stk.anyway, or space up the cylinder .080 and totally ruin transfer port timing so to do it right the dome is gonna be changed its inevitable, with these you can do 1 of 2 things space the cylinder only .040 which is better than .080. or best case scenario run the piston up into the head .040 leave the transfer port timing where it's suppose to be and then you look in the intake and find a piston with "stk" not enlarged piston windows that have been raised 10mm to start the intake charge that much sooner will will result in good power gains, you can put a 795 in your bike or you can put these in 1 will make more power is all, both made by Wiseco. Reminds me of when Vitos made the power piston with more material on the top which made a bit more compression which made more power, simple swap that made a difference., this is the same thing
  18. Dont confuse them they have no idea why those would be there, they would not know why that intake is so hi compared to a stock Banshee, remember the intake doesn't really do much thats why no one modify's them...
  19. their not on their site, they were custom made by Wiseco, same thing Vitos did years ago, you guys are so dumb its funny, credentials um let me see who's asking? a complete dumbass, I'm not building anyone a motor, I gave you the specifics about these pistons, thats it, you don't want to use them don't, I don't believe you idiots would know how to use them anyway,
  20. Guys Wiseco made them the port timing is greatis all Im saying use 795s run em up in the head thats fine these sre a better alternative, I ain't selling them
  21. I know Angus, hes close to me and yep he has a dyno, nice one
  22. You guys are funny I dyno motors another guy built, come to the strip there will be big motors there, of course yours won't be, of course you didn't build these motors I got a PM saying these guys have no clue what your telling them they aren't builders, none of them your wasting your time on them..
  23. no!!!! I'm NOT TELLING YOU THAT, He put 795 pistons in them because until recently he had no option! now you have a better alternative than the 795, why is this so hard to understand, you still get to run the piston up into the head and you have a raised intake so it will draw sooner and more which is a good thing, contrary to what most think on here. put those pistons in in place of those 795's deduct .040 from the squish in the domes and you'll gain HP! I too have a dyno and will do the same, to compare to my motor against yours is unfair, now put these in your motor and you'll find 5 more HP and say oh now I get it, its piston against piston not motor against motor,
