    Yes they are- my banshee had these tires on the rear when I bought it used and they are about 30% tread left so these will be perfect. I understand these are/ were a Honda spec tire for some of their models.

    Suspension upgrade first is exactly what I did and my Banshee is trail ridden. I'm very pleased I did that to start with and my motor is stock other than pipes/ filtration set up. Makes for a fun ride! Make sure that you get the suspension set up for your weight and type of riding.

    If there isn't a number on the PJ, I'd put those aside and order some genuine Mikuni jets. Was it the same for the main too? Best to be safe when you are jetting your motor.

    Yep- stock engine is what I was referring to and by looking at the OP's specs. Did you verify float level is within spec? Seems it should be about 21mm if memory serves me right?

    FMF recommends 30 pilots in their instructions when you purchase their pipes. I really think either size pilot will work with tuning with AS adjustment.
