  1. I'm all out of ideas
  2. What is pipe butter?
  3. Boiled. Cleaned. Aired down. Super clean. Nothing :/
  4. Next step will be to boil. I only used carb cleaner. Yeah I have a clear fuel filter in the fuel line. Took off the tank kicked it a couple times seemed to use some fuel but now it doesn't seem to be taking any fuel
  5. Now I don't think it is weak spark I sprayed some fuel down the intake, plugged up the pipes with paper. Kicked it once it fired right away and both papers flew out. I would assume that means I'm getting good spark but no fuel to the head. I have cleaned the carbs like 10 times.
  6. I will try to perform the leak down test tomorrow once I look up how to do it. That is a good question. Guy I got it from before did all the work. I have ridden it for about a year and no problems. Now that I'm tearing into it the wires are f'ed up so I'm not sure which wires are for the brake but they're lots of dangling wires. Would a short cause it to just die flat or like if it were running out of gas
  7. Took off the head and cylinders look really good!
  8. So make the wire shorter on the coil is what you're saying right?
  9. Grr. ... I used the method of grounding the plug with a screw driver and kicking it over
  10. With the flawed ground the coil plug and kick it Oliver looking for spark.
  11. What makes you think piston
  12. Compression is at 110 and 115. Spark plugs look black. Seems like I'm getting spark from only one plug
  13. Reeds look good. Choke crossover is there.
  14. I need to do compression tonight. Bowels are getting fuel. After trying to kick it 20 times, fuel comes out.
  15. I know I'm not supposed to use carb cleaner but I had to figure out if it even ran. I was out riding for a good 20 minutes when it just died on me. Sounded like it ran out of gas. I kicked it and it started but wouldn't rev up for me to take off then I died again as if it ran out of gas. Did that 4 more times and now it won't start. I have taken off the carbs and cleaned them 3 times. I've adjusted the air mixture screw to 1 1/2 turns out. The tors has been deleted since there is no box, also key has been deleted. I sprayed carb cleaner in the carbs and it kicks over first kick, only runs for a second. Only done it twice since I know it's not good to do that. I've looked at the wires and they're a mess but everything seems to be right. I've check the connector at the handlebars and the wires are good there. Where do I look next?
