  1. Sorry I meant float! Well I guess it only started due to the fuel flossing out i dont know. Now I can start it and keep it running by priming it with a little fuel in the carbs and it stays running. Still have the problem of the right side exhaust getting hotter quicker than the left. Left seems to get warm only. The choke doesn't seem to work until the bike is running. Once running I can see the shot of fuel when I pull the choke out. I placed my hand over the left carb intake side while running and the rpms shot up. Tried the same over the right and it seemed to make it bog. Any ideas or leads?
  2. Well I bought a rebuild kit as my bowl gasket looked like ass. A screw had also stripped the threads so I added a longer screw with a nut to make a nice right seal. I triple checked my bowl height. Opened up the fuel and right carb started gushing fuel out of bowl tube but I ignored that and kicked it and it started! Now to adjust that bowl height ..... Again
  3. I never mentioned that before the bike died the only way for me to kill the engine was to stall it out. The kill switch never worked but now that I'm spraying fuel in the carb the kill switch seems to work when I spray a lot and it revs high
  4. Update. It seems only my right cylinder is firing. Sprayed a lot of fuel in the carbs and it reved really high and only the right side got hot
  5. Fuel from the tank flows great so it can't be that
  6. Air leak? Carb bowel gasket not sealing right? For some reason pilots are not getting air through and from what I understand neither are the mains since it also won't start at WOT
  7. Yes I did. I have taken them apart. And made sure everything that came apart is clean
  8. Reed seem fine. No light coming through them. Seems like the fuel isn't being pulled into the motor for some reason. As soon as I spray fuel trough the carb is runs first kick
  9. Would the pilots being to small cause it to stop running?
  10. I understand but would that cause it to no run all of a sudden?
  11. Can't find anything wrong with the carbs and no clogs either.
  12. 25 pilot and 270 mains
  13. I will get those when I get out of work. Just not looking forward to pulling carbs apart again. Carbs are synced from what I can tell they are as low as the cable lets them and they both lift at the same time. Since it doesn't run I cannot be 100% sure they are synced. Slides are in correctly. The cutout moon part is on the air box side
  14. Tank off. Filled up the clear fuel lines to the carbs. Squirted fuel into the carbs with WOT. Kicked it with throttle halfway and it ran and revved pretty damn high even after I let go of the throttle. started to die down then I pulled the choke and it revved high again then died out. Looked at the fuel lines to see if it used any fuel from the carbs. Left carb with choke attached seemed to use very little if any at all. The right carb used up all of the fuel I had in the tube. Tubes are about 3 inches long. I have no clue what this means
  15. I don't see anything in the tube at all
  16. Then there is a problem. No fuel in the choke tube at all.
  17. Yes I do have the choke tube on. I was missing it for the beginning of this thread but I put a new one on that is clear and still nothing. I have clear fuel lines so I am able to see that fuel is flowing from the tank and into the bowels. I will check timing plate tonight
  18. From El Paso Texas. Mods are just fmf pipes. I don't believe it has been bored. I need to get the pilot and the main jet numbers any other numbers? I have fuel coming from the tank. I have fuel in the bowels. The spark plugs kind of seemed like they were getting fuel since they smelled like gas. Still no start. I will check for spark again tonight Checked compression again and both sit at 112
  19. Happy Easter all!!! Thank you for taking the time to help me out today!
  20. I ran through the harness and everything looks fine. Yup starts everytime with carb cleaner or when I stay it with the proper oil mixed fuel
  21. No dice I do not have it then. Might have fallen off? I have no rear light so I have two blue wires hanging.
  22. It was only one reed flap broke and now gone and it was in the side with the lower compression. I had checked compression with the reed broken and have yet to check it now that it has been replaced. I am running 91 octane with a 32:1 mix for 2 stroke. I have poked , proded and probed those pilots asses! Boiled them blew air soaked in carb cleaner and ran a thin wire threw them. I am now using clear fuel lines so I know gas is getting to the carbs but doesn't seem to be running through. When this first started I had stalled out after almost getting hit by a jeep. Then I kicked it and it started then ran for like 10 seconds. Died. Started again then ran for like 3 seconds. Now not at all. Found a blue wire hanging from the back. I have researched and looks like it should go to the voltage regulator. But I can't find mine.
  23. Yes the pilots in both are clean. When I just kick it the bike cranks but when I hold wide open throttle and choke while kicking I get a gurgle sound. When I took off the reeds I noticed one was broken off and missing. I opened the head to see if I can find it and nothing. I bought replacements and changed them out and still nothing.
