  1. I'm interested in plastics but need to see whay colors you got.
  2. Yep mine are T6's. If you look at mine from the rear, you really notice how off they're. I can take pictures if anyone cares to see.
  3. I let my neighbor ride my banshre today and he accidentally lost control while crossing the street after the quad stood strait up on him (he underestimated the power of the shee) and then he freaked a bit and it then took a sideways tumble as well. He walked away witha few scrapes and bruises so that is always good. Now to the point, my grab bar was wrecked and bent, the rear frame ends were bent a bit as well. We heated them up and got them nice and even with a level to match. The problem is one silencer hangs half a inch higer then the other. Is this common with banshee's? Any good ideas how to fix this? I seen the 360deg adjustable pipe hangers but not sure that would help my problem as my pipes line up to the holes fine.
  4. Will need some new screws for the bowls as I stole several for my new carbs and also the left one was leaking around the bowl gasket just a little. So I'm guessing it needs a new gasket to fix that. These carbs came off my running machine. 65.00 shipped. Feel free to shoot me a text for faster responce and pictures. 248-242-062four
  5. Please forgive my typing as I'm on my phone and it loves to change words on me sometimes. I'm sure you can understand what I was trying to say though.
  6. Well took the carbs off and cleaned everything and checked the jets. 340 main and 32.5 pilot is what I was running. I checked the gas tank vent and that us fine and pulled the valve on the gas tank and cleaned the screens. After doing this this my Banshee didn't want to run and I changed the spark plugs and the spark on the right seemed a little weaker when I tested but had some spark still, maybe I'm crazy on that though. After kicking and even dumping fuel in the cylinder I got nothing. Finally after a few minutes I pinned the throttle and it finally fired up and smoked like crazy. I took it for a spin and has the same problem of the quad just falling on its face after I let off the throttle and would just kinda bog. I then took the carbs off and put in a 290 main and 27.5 pilot and had the same problems of it running ok for a second or two as I accelerate but then after I let off it would just run like crap and wouldn't wind out when I would have the clutch in and hit the throttle, it would kinda just bog and slowly wind up. I'm going to try a compression test next and maybe pull the pipes and take a look at the pistons but I did a leakdown test a little over a week ago and it help pressure fine. I'm starting to get stumped on what the problem is though.
  7. Nah, I have yet to try anything yet. Waiting till I have some free time from work to play with the toys. I also have a raptor 660 motor I just snagged off ebay and I need to instal in my raptor so I can make sure it functions 100% before to long in case I need a refund or something. That means the banshee might be a minute before I get to try these things.
  8. I unplugged and changed carbs, unplugged the black box under the gas tank and also removed the parking break one and also the one in the throttle. Mods are K&N pods right off the carb, Tors removed, T6 pipes and silencers, Vforce 4 reeds. I forgot the exact number on my jets but they're higher then then the T6 jet kit that was in the old carbs. I will be pulling them off here soon and get the exact numbers of the main and pilot. I believe the t6 kit in the old carbs was a 270 with a 27.5 and there is like a 310-340 or something in the main and a bigger pilot as well. Again I will get the exact numbers and i'm going to look for any fried wires and clean the carbs and air filters as well. Thanks for all the info guys and will report back soon.
  9. This wouldn't have anything to do with the toes or anything would it? I bought carbs that had them removed and just unplugged everything. I didn't cut any wires or anything. I'm sure this has nothing to do with anything but just figured I would ask.
  10. I actually tried reserve for a quick second as it was acting up and nothing. Again, I switched it as I was riding and not for very long maybe 15-20 seconds.
  11. Well a few weeks ago I had my Banshee start reving up high out of no where. I shut it down and bought a leakdown tester and I have no leaks and holds pressure fine. I put everything back together and today after hitting 4th gear it would start to bog down real bad and had no powerband. I stopped and pulled over and shut it down. Started a minute later and it took off fine and did the same thing around 3rd gear just looses all power and even if you down shift it still would act like someone was holding down the break pedal and just struggled. Again shut it down and then ran great for a minute and kept doing tje same thing and once it started running bad it would never recover untill you stop for a minute. Any ideas of what might be causing this to happen?
