  1. i had the worst experience removing the steering stem bearing spent like 5 hours hammering it and with a blow torch (during the summer), i think i can get it back together in less then a week
  2. i had zip lock bags and sharpie in mind i also have the clymer manual i also have all the bolts i need i dont have an impact gun though and what is air chiseled ?
  3. alright so i will be rebuilding my banshee in January and i need tips and tricks what could help me make the process of taking the bike apart alot easier and alot more organized for myself.. i will be changing my bearings and repainting my frame and just cleaning up the whole bike to give it a fresh start
  4. before it tops out from 1-2 ? or distance riding daily ?
  5. my banshee has 14/41 gearing with ported cylinder, fmf full pipes, boost bottle, no air box lid 20" rears run usually on pavement and i feel as it tops out 1-2 pretty quick im looking to get 18" rears what gearing should i be looking at for a little extra top speed ?

The bike seems to really bog at low rpms but then again banshee's are like that, but here are my specs: Full Fmf Powercore 2 Stock Reeds Stock Carbs 32:1 Mix Ratio Airbox w. Lid Off Foam Filter w. Filterwear Elevation 600Ft > Temperature 80-90 F High Humidity

  8. Ok so i noticed a crack on the crankcase about 2 inches in length on the transmission side, it leaks oil. i wanted to know what is my best bet to use jb weld or have it welded ? Thank You.
