  1. the location on the original pistons when i bought it were higher than the vito's piston. The cylinders were 5" and the case deck is 2 1/2" to the top of the base to the bottom of the jug " The vitos's part #V96870M68 and its about 1/8" or so tler than the piston that came in it which have the markings 8590H, 8963 and 69.95mm.
  2. th rod has the yamaha engravement but I have no clue otherwise because the guy I bought it from didn't say it was stroked at all and I no longer have his contact info
  3. I bought my banshee over the summer knowing that it needed a rebuild. I got new jugs that have been sent out for porting and a vito's 68 mm bore with standard pin location. After the install I found out that the piston petrudes the cylinders by about a 1/4 inch or so. Pic attached

  5. I have a piston with the markings 8590H 8963 and bore size 69.95 and I was wondering who made it. I tried searching to no avail, also what would be the next size up? I have to send the cylinders out but I have to buy the pistons and ship them with the cylinders for a top end rebuild. Any help will be much appreciated
  6. I'm still very new to quads but I'm learning. I looked in the yamaha repair manual and it doesn't give details on how to remove the clutch push lever. Could anyone give me a few details on how to remove it?
  7. Does wiseco have the size stamped anywhere on their pistons?
  8. By the way I forgot to say that it has a Hinson quick change clutch

  10. I have the manual just not familiar with it because its only my second bike and I never had any clutch problems until now
  11. I bought it that way and the only thing i have done to it so far is change the clutch cover due to it having a crack in it, I didn't touch anything else
  12. My banshee's clutch will not engage, I checked everything and found that the linkage below the carbs has no spring pressure at all. what could be the issue?
