  1. I have seen a few hydro lock but normally when they do so you cant even budge them and are seized rock solid. Then getting the cylinders off with a bent crank good times. Also seen them spin the crank out of phase.
  2. Update: o rings are brown viton 10.4mm od 5.6mm id 2.4 c/s
  3. Looks good guys~ Like the fact that you strengthened the kicker area and provided relief for the footpeg. Assume that replacement/ additional lexan will be available separately as well.
  4. Basically buy the Redline replacement or a new Stock/Used basket to cannibalize the gear/bushing combo. Press gear out old /Press gear in Billet basket and hope (If used) that bronze area is good and spacer slides in and out without bind or repeat process. I have seen this on my own bike and several others lately (most running hinson) not sure if this wear (or stuck basket) is due to running with cushions that are garbage or just common on a banshee.
  5. Tedder or anyone....has anyplace or anyone made the bronze bushing for sale as a wear/replacement part separate from the gear? It seems that that bushing is always the culprit as it wears but the gear good. Redline has the unit for sale as one.
  6. I recently had the same issue only mine was wore out on a hinson. If you install it bound up it will run yes but as soon as you go to put in gear clutch will fully engage with clutch pulled in. NO BUENO! I almost went through the pole-barn door before I found the brake to stall the bike!
  7. talk to driveline also...think Bill dabbles in them or used to anyways and may have advise and parts.
  8. Many bikes with Tyson Arms/swingers without issue. Personal preference really. I also have run turbo chassis items both builders very good at what they do!

  10. I believe all carriers are the same overall OD diameter but the bearing size ID is all that is different......Drag axles have a larger diameter requiring the larger opening.
  11. just rebuild it...parts are cheap and it is easier than you think.
  12. We put the 911 in this time of year just as a precaution.....had work truck gel up once and the on site guys had a hell of a time getting it started. We also Plug in every night.
  13. try bleeding the master first.....I found if you have an air pocket between the res and the master cyl you will fight this for hours. Easy way disconnect the brake line from master cyl at banjo. put your thumb over the hole and press down on the peddle with your other hand. KEEP THE RES FULL!!! once all the air out of the master....connect line and do std brake bleed procedure. Sounds like line still has air in it.
  14. I like their new hub design on the sprocket hub makes sprocket swap easy .....old style made rear sprocket changes challenging as the sprocket mounted to the inside of the hub.
