This is a forsale ad for my buddies part out, he bought the bike thinking it had a 10 mil billet but after taking it apart when we got home we realized owner was bullshiting so we are trying to recooperate some funds on this fail deal.   3. Not sure guys talked to several different ceramic bearing makers, apparently they are superior in each and every way. I ended up with the All balls kit for like $20 locally and they work great.
  4. How does this have any bearing on the real world? The guy who ported my bike has close to no posts on here all he does is sell shit, using your logic he's a nobody. Meanwhile his bike runs 5.7's at 115-117 in the 1/8th. Derp.

  7. I think i read you post something similar on this topic. Have you had bad luck with them? A site i went to claims they are stronger than the steel bearings i believe.
  8. I run av gas, its 5.99 here, $30 everytime you go ride, its about $10 more than 93 in the end. But apparently from what my porter says the consistency of the fuel has gone down hill lately.

  11. I don't have access to a compression tester atm, its night time and its at my buddies house. Ill check the compression tommorow. Dumb question will lowering the needle to the 4th position lean it our or richen it up? You didn't answer my question, you told me to go look for the answer. Some of you act like you get paid to tell people to search. Just because you don't feel like sharing information doesn't mean others feel the same way. Thanks for nothing.
  12. Just took the carbs off and cleaned em, i guess mixing 3 kinds of oils was dumb move. DERP. lol thanks alot guys. Had to dump 3 gallons of av gas

  14. The needles that come with pwk 39s. What do you guys mean by a burn down? Pulled the plugs yesterday and checked the pistons for any signs of detonation pistons look great and brownish. Can still read the part numbers on em.
  15. Well i ended up with 165 main jet its caramelish color after a 1/4 pass, tried a 52 pilot and i had to leave the air screw closed because it would drive funny. Now heres my main issue, if im lets say chillen well under the powerband in whatever gear and i just happen to go WOT it completely falls on its face and sounds like if you just turned it off. It only does this when i go WOT, if i creep into it it wont do it. I just got back from my friends house we were going to start riding and literally 10 secs down the block i go half throttle to pick up speed and the bike falls on its face and turned off and didn't turn back on, we tried to push start it, we checked it had spark. Does this sound like a needle position issue? Im running right now 165 main jet, 60 pilot jet, and needle in 3rd position.

  17. I paid about 3x as much for the filters, these filters can be found right here for like 5 bux or 8 bux each depending on the size. Part number for them is AFR177, if you want to try them out save your money and order some where else.

  20. Wasn't attempting to save money, i found the K&N's for the around the same price shipped maybe 5-10 dollars more, It was the fitment. Hence this thread. My friend had the K&N's that are straight, not angled for 39mm carbs and they're burnt up and squished from rubbing on the swing arm. I wonder if its to late to cancel the order, does anyone know if k&n makes an angled one similar to the boss one? I also ordered a dual pingel valve from them if i was so worried about saving money i wouldn't of even ordered that.
  21. How would i be risking my engine by running these filters?
