Ok so that means im backwards then the stock shee im working on has a larger rotor from another bike and my roundhouse shee has the correct size . But what i dont understand is why would everything work fine and bolt up good to the stock carrier with that larger rotor

I have a banshee with stock carrier and swing arm, im installing a RAD billet stock style carrier , everything bolts up good exept the caliper it doesnt line up with the carrier holes . The top hole does but the bottom doesnt its off by an inch , it seems like the brake rotor is too big and doesnt let the caliper sit far enough to line up. I say the rotor is big because on my other banshee the rotor is smaller it measures about 8 1/2 inches but that bike has a +4 round house swinger with brake stay . My question is does other smaller brake rotors fit the banshee hub ? I know if i swap the smaller rotor to the other bike the caliper will bolt right up , i just need to know what other rotor fit for example offf the 250r or something so i can purchase another rotor .

350m should be a good starting point , run 27.5 pilots , 1 1/2 turns af

Oh yea and another this 150psi comp is crap for 18cc domes , another theory too is that the bigger bore motor tend to draw more full threw a smaller main jet

I think u may have 35mm a/s not regular pwk , the airstrkers like the smaller main hence they are a way richer carb , the vary 10 points smaller than the pwk , for example the pwk would run a 155 main the a/ s will end up around 145 main . I have the same motor and i run a 145m 42 p , and 1 1/2 turns af with 35mm a/s , 20cc domes , drag port , matched cases , cpi inframe sb , +7 timing , 8in k&ns,

120 psi is junk for 20cc domes on a 421 cub, i would look into a top end rebuild. Another thing that can cause a 1 cylinder fire is broken reeds
