    Wanted: air box

I am needing an air box badly, I'm looking for something around $50, nothing else left in the budget due to some unforeseen family expenses.
  2. I'm in Odessa and we are at 3000', similar temps, air quality and humidity, on every one of my stock piped, no air box lid Banshee's, I have to run 310 mains, 4th groove and 29.5 pilots. Also don't confuse dynojet jets with stock Mikuni jets, they're not the same size jets.
  3. Get a 2001-up wiring schematic, its pretty easy to do. You will need a dual element bulb, a new dual contact pigtail, brake switch, brake switch bracket, brake switch spring and some wire.

  6. +1, all I ever did to mine was occasionally replace the bushings and ride the hell out of it.
  7. Me, I've resurrected many basket case bikes through the years. I end up stripping them to the bare frame and completely go through them. To be honest, it's really not that big of deal, you just have to know what you're looking at when you're considering taking on this kind of build.
  8. This was a very smooth transaction, no problems whatsoever!

    R2 pipes or..

All mounts should have weld pads on them when you're dealing with thin material, the fix would be to cut the mount off, plate the area, and weld the mount to the plate. Vibration, thermal expansion, and thin ga. steel are the key factors here. Do the repair to both sides, and send the pipes off to get them nickel plated, good as new!

    Pistons

I'm needing a cheap set of std bore pistons, long story short, all three of my shee's are down, I gave my stock bore pistons to a buddy, and now I'm in bad need of a set for my 04. Money is a little tight due to a string of bad luck, but I just want to get my 04 running so I'm not without a ride for the next few months .
  11. Best damn advise I've seen! I have 3 of these bastards, between them and my wife, I can't keep enough money to buy a coke.
