  1. ^^^X2. I have gotten lucky on a couple sleds and been able to do this. Like Surfjag said, just check your piston to cylinder clearance.
  2. I looked at the harness last night, it is junk. There are a bunch of toggles wired into it and splices everywhere.
  3. 35 shipped on pegs, 75 shipped on flywheel, 100 shipped for the pair
  4. harness is complete from an '89, but there is some queer toggle wired into it. I will look tonight and see what the toggle goes to
  5. I only have an older harness. I will post pics of foot pegs and flywheel in a few minutes
  6. Also have 22cc domes one is pitted 25 shipped, stock head mild pitting 30 shipped, stock .030 milled head great condition 45 shipped
  7. Pair of 65mm stock cylinders that have been mildly ported, matching 65mm pro-x pistons, rings, wrist pins, needle bearings, c-clips. I gave these a quick hone, but they still show some light scratches, and the rings don't feel really sharp. These may be runnable with new rings, but I would probably have the cylinders professionally honed or possibly bored. 165 shipped Stock radiator and hoses 35 shipped. I have another parts bike close to complete so pm me with needs
  8. I ended up at 27.5 pilots and 330 main with a very similar setup at sea level. This may be a good starting point for you.
  9. Also pull the bowls off of both carbs, remove and clean pilot and main jets, reinstall jets, and set float height. Also check the carb boots over really well, boost bottles are known to crack the boots and cause an air leak.
  10. Try unplugging the tors boxes. It is common for them to go bad.
  11. It would be hard to start if jetting was lean. An air leak would mimic lean jetting. Clean the carbs and do a leakdown. I built my leakdown tester for around $25 and got everything at home depot. It is all built from pvc pipe and 2 rubber cabs to seal the exhaust ports. I am pretty sure there is a thread here on how to do it, but it is super easy.
  12. I have a set of mild ported 65mm cylinders with matching pro-x pistons/rings, wrist pins, bearings, c-clips. came out of a parts bike that bought. Also have .030 milled stock head, or entirely stock head if needed. I have 2 parts bikes so I may have other parts that you need. PM me if you are interested.
