  2. my jetting seem to be fine its not an issue with jets im positively sure i fucking raped my bro's cr on the sand the fuel flow is perfect.......i think it has something todo with my clutchs. and another thing last night when i went out riding my race cable got stuck started to rev i kill switched my bike then it was fine then it happened again but this time my throttle was very stiff anyy clues? ( p.s) i did play with the TORS and i used CARB cleaners aswell
  3. hmmm, i honestly rev it properly it wasnt like what it is now... but i remembered something when i opened my clutchs with the mechanic * stock clutch kit* he removed some rubbers that where i think in between the clutchs he said no need for that and we got into an argument him and I for 10 hours( exaggerating) until i allowed him to go through with the procedure he said on a race clutch kit you wont find these rubber's do u think it has something to do with it?
  4. last night i went riding proud to say my banshee MURDERED my brother's CR250! i think my jetting is perfect 300 mains and 30 pilot's! everything is fine just one thing! See when i shift 1-2-3--4th& 5th gear quickly ( as if im racing ) i get a good grip on my 4th gear but when im riding genetly 1-2-3- 4th( i loose major power on the 4th and 5th gear) why is that? im the first owner of my shee and i have noticed this recently at first i thought it was jetting issue but it isnt first 3 gears are perfect but not fond of 4th and 5th? has anyone encountered this? is it time for me to get me a new clutch kit? is it a problem with my gears?
  5. get yourself some vforce 4!!!, and about your jetting if you want to go with what the manufacturer advice's FMF has there complete jet kit you can find it on ebay other than that, get rid of your pipes since you have a bore and get a T'5 ( track ) or CPI ( dunes ) <<< they are practically the same just the cpi's look better in my opinion and mike from CPI recommends 300-310( on colder days) 30 pilots and for the t5's they have a complete jet kit as well. but mainly get those carbon fiber reeds ( VF3 or VF4 ) on your shee
  6. why not? i have 2 new jets and a pilot 300-290 and 30 pilots. stock is 220

  8. Hey dude hows it going? so i need to move the clip down one slot from where it was on stock? or all the way down to 1st slot?
  9. No dude, lol why would i move the coolant bottle that's important hehe, really the radiator CAP? -.-' fcuk that ill just get me a new radiator, i think ill get the ASI radiator from ebay that's what people recommended me on this site to get. i hope that ill solve my problem

    i weight abt 90 kgs, i realized when i sit on my shee it goes even lower, no for the time being i want to stiff it up, how can i do soo for all three shocks( front n rear) and whats soft and hard? i tried it on hard and soft didn't realize any difference. i believe i can fill it up with air? or gas? and once i do soo how to adjust my rear should i go on hard or soft? i hardly do any jumps on my shee because im scared that i wont get much clearance.. although i do have clearance! i want it to be much higher than what it is now from the rear at least.

  13. Hey guys so i was driving my shee and all suddenly after a couple of dune coolant started dripping out by the right side of the radiator,i tried to locate the problem but i couldn't find what the issue was,,, is it over flowing? why would it over flow? all hoses are tightened properly
  14. i guess ill just measure it be4 flat if it didnt lift then ill do it at flat if not ill foil down more, does any one know whether the idle screw should touch the needle or not ( although logically speaking it shouldn't ) i just need to know or see how deep should the ideal screw be itll be great if someone can nap a clear pic!

So im deciding to eliminate this shitty TORS BOx that is causing me a headache as well, now i know i have to buy the elimination kit but how do i install the IDLE SCREWS im confused some people say you have to file those air things bla bla bla anyone with an easy solution or can explain this entire procedure to me? i need to install them soo if anyone can help me out by explaining it itll be great ( p.s they come with the drilling things as seen on ebay)
  17. 2 hours max wasnt that hard but i topped the speed to the fullest for 10 minutes ( not continuos ) 4min-break-4min-break-2min something like that
  18. 2 hours wasn't that hard i just maxed in for like 10 mins in total with a 3 min break
  19. Does the Asi fit in perfect? without any modification to the radiator cover or hood? and fits in the stock bolts?

I think ill get getting a radiator for my shee soon, i remeber there used to be PWR's all around ebay but now all i see is ASI and CBR new brands i havn't herd of, including on the toomey website they r promising there radiators are excellent, well i live in a really hott country and a radiator is going to be on my list but wich radiator should i go with? Oh i also herd to get most radiators u'd have to do do some adjusments to the covers, <-----( i dont and im not into that ).

  25. Hey larry i think im gonna go with the 300's try my luck as the Cpi racing recommended... i hope it works and check out my new post im having some new issues lol
