Do a search for Serval Motor, pretty much anything you have a question about has been covered. Its a bit of digging and reading through the threads, but I have been doing it and come up with a ton of information. This site is solid and its members know what theyre talking about, just not really for the soft hearted if youre the type to get easily offended, or get your feelings hurt easily,lol

I havent heard "street port" since my RX 7 days,lol. can I ask why would you get a dune port instead of a drag port if you drag race? have you thought about a Serval motor, from what I read hear the power band is a little bit more broad if you ride a little bit of everything, but can also hols its own for racing from what i hear

thank s everyone who commented and help me out. naked I ordered from RM stator seems to work well and came w adjustable timing plate i set to plus4 ,that and found a flywheel that looks like it had been turned down in lathe to lighten it up. The bike now runs like a beast... I owe ya guys 1. . thanks again

I think you couldve kept the colors more uniform, but JMO.. From the motor mods you have posted that has to be a beast

none of the rivets are missing on flywheel either on the inner or the outer, but there is a noise like something is loose when I shake it. crazy huh? Im assuming the rivet is from another disaster. and the stator ,timing plate, coil,etc is from a place in Canada,RMSTATORINC http://www.ebay.com/itm/290870454074?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 ^^ thats the exact item I ordered.. So its poop,huh??

I noticed on the inside of flywheel it was nicked and looked like thats where the rivet head was tumbling around in. I couldnt find a stator nor timing plate local but found a package deal online for stator,plate,puller,and coil for 123$ shipped so that should be here by Wednesday( hopefully) o im just hoping as well that this is it and no further damage was done

I guess its starting to make sense now, the noise, and how things got wrecked! .. Iwill be picking up the puller in the morning before work like I said. Im curious how things are looking behind flywheel... I will be calling a few places local that woek on Banshees to see if they have a stator, and it looks like the timing plate as well since I think thats where the tab broke off( at least thats how it looks in Youtube vids)

yes all the rivets are still in the flywheel, I thought the rivet i found was a hidden one behind somewhere. So that was probrably what took out my pick up???

Yes, a rivet was laying in cover and i think a screw came out and the other was still in tab that was broken and laying in cover when i took it off.

I found 1 locally that I will be picking up in the morning, spinning the flywheel by hand is very easy.. I don't know if this is a tell tale that the crank bearings are still good??

As im looking at it I cant see how it was broken, weather a screw came loose or what not. is that a special puller that I should order from a site sponsor or can I find a universal one at a car parts store. Also how do I tell if the crank bearings are bad?

Ok, the impact along with oil filter chain wrench covered with a rag did the trick. But to remove it is another story, i tried gently prying as i turned it without a bit a luck, any ideas?

Pickup to i tried to take off the 17 mil bolt but i will need the tool to hold it from spinning. Also all the brass got tangled was just floating in cover, what would need replaced since that "pickup" or whatever it is got broken at tabs? the whole assembly?
