  7. I know I'm running rich but want to. My question is are the lines on the straps my timing marks? I can't tell from looking at the side of the plug and my new plugs don't have those marks.
  8. He's defending his product as I would. It was Sheerider11 that had a cdi issue, not Gary. I am running the dc setup without any issues. Racetech has finally brought a quality stator to the market for an affordable price, thank you Evan.

  13. I disagree and know a swinger and clutch tunning will change it. The motor is not the problem...
  14. Yes from what I've been reading the dd is the way to go for adjustability. I'm not a hardcore drag racer so a slingshot will work for me. I have the same setup on my Puma that is a desert, dune bike. Eventually I would like to go to a dm and that's why I'm leaning towards the +10, +12.

  17. Yes Banshee Hill is a bunny slope but the main hill is no joke at Dumont. It's not a sand mountain but it can hold its own. Comp hill at Glamis is a joke now, it has a plateau in the middle of its face. I always enjoy Olds though. The top end is apart right now getting fresh nikasil from Millennium, new pistons and domes from Kevin. I'm going to go with the +10 and try adjusting the spring tension on the clutch. What's a good starting point for spring tension on the clutch? Should I ground the bolts then back them out a turn at a time? Btw my slingshot only has one ball in each slot...

  20. Is this for 300ft? I can't pull any taller than 15/44 or 14/41 on banshee hill in dumont. If I go taller then that the bike falls flat on its face from 4th to 5th. I wanted to try and get the bike to run 1/8 and 1/4 on sand flats, but was not sure if I should go to a 17t or 18t counter shaft sprocket.
  21. Slingshot in good tune with oem springs. It has a yfz450 front end with elka stage 2's, the rear is a stock shock and I believe it was revalved. The swingarm is from the swingarm shop with a stock style carrier. I want to go to a round style 40mm and add an aluminum axle. The four wheeler was bought used...
  22. I have to launch in first right now because the motor bogs trying to leave in second. Will the +10 give me enough wheel spin to leave in second? I don't want to have to drop another $300 on paddles...
