  1. ill pay 100 US dollars to see a go pro video (put it on the verry front) with you riding a full tank of gas thru it. -not on the street -you have to RUN out of gas from it being full -a real ride, not 1st and 2nd putting bull shit -the front end cant fail and you get 100 bucks man
  2. the banshee engine stock is "over square" with the bore being longer than the stroke by 10 mm (64 bore/54 stroke) so i believe closing the gap fattens the whole powerband while barely losing any rpm. still losing some overrev but bettering everywhere else. in short Strokers are great
  3. if you have 68 mm pistons in stock jugs im pretty sure that wont last long

  5. Get 35 pwks thats what i got on mine. i have 162 m/35 p CEL needle but i also have pwk air strikers which have a richer idle circuit. buy a grip of spark plugs and cut them up you can do 1/4 throttle chops too

  9. I have a 421 serval with pwk airstrikers (35mm) and i love it. get sb if shearers or r2s and a +4 swinger
  10. I have a high compression 421 serval with 35 pwk air strikers and a 4 mil, i love it. Would get a slightly extended swingarm with it, and braided brake lines all around. Also i got the NOSS head, but next time id get the chariot cool head, cause there are half as many o rings. Have fun

Sweet bike man, Ignore the retards that have hated on your project, they are the type that bring there bone stock bike to the dealership for fluid changes. players get what they want and haters get what they can. space age frame without the POS single cylinder, and for less than the cost of a nice set of front shocks for a banshee, hell yeah man
  13. Farm and sand toys is your best bet. DONT torque CLUTCH SPRING BOLTS TO 10 NM, just hand tighten with a small ratchet
  14. I bought a banshee about 3 months ago, and it was my first dirtbike since i was about 15 when i had a bultaco 125. It had a home ported four mil when i bought it, and after about a month of riding it sputtered to stop and the kicker was locked up.. Someone forgot a cylinder locating dowel... Anyways, i got a 68/58 serval and basically everything to seal it back up and some maintenance items, a whole new clutch setup and head with 23cc domes as well. around 3400 bucks all together, and it was a great experience. Fast shipping, good packaging and they helped me out alot on the phone, and this was the first 2 cycle ive ever built, so im sure theyve heard my questions a million times but they didnt seem to mind. If your banshee is broken or you want to make it faster, farm and sand toys are the only people to call Also the serval is tits. Its not all low end either, it can be wound out pretty damn far. I can feel that my pipes arnt really the best thing for it, but im broke now so theyll have to do. Ive never heard a 2 cycle idle like this either, really cool sounds. Compared to the 60thou over 4mil with a pretty high quality home port job, it has more power all over the rpm range for certain, and you can putt it around without stalling it constantly. I usually ride pretty quick but it was embarrassing when id slow to go past my neighbors house up a hill half the time it would die, but no more! its quicker from a stand still and rolling in 2nd than my buddies stock CR500 The only thing that i had trouble with putting it together myself with a modest tool set was listening to the clymers manual about torquing the clutch spring bolts. just hand tighten them with a 1/4 in drive ratchet... dont torque to 10 n.m (if you have the F.A.S.T. clutch springs anyways) _-Neil
  15. I just got a 68/58 serval from jeff about 2-3 weeks ago, awesome service and a great motor. I got t5s, 35 pwk air strikers with v force2s and some timing on it... doing the wide open 1-6 for a plug chop the first few times out was nuts, i damn near flipped it 2 times in a row. ]

Title says it all, i have a set of toomey t5 expansion chambers (they have pro circuit 296 silencers to go with them, so i dunno if you want them, i kinda like them though.) and im looking for something else, i have a serval and have heard t5s are just the wrong pipes. Anyway heres the pictures, they arnt the prettiest in the world, but theres only one dent thats quite small and they fit great/dont have any cracks. Im looking for pro circuits, cpi or shearer small bore or snipers if you got em and need a couple hundred bucks I will add money for some trades, all depending on what you have.

    4mil stuff

    i have a hot rods 204 crank with ck 121 rods. im pretty sure thats a 4 mil setup anyways. it was in an engine that seized, but is in great shape. bearings spin real smooth, but maybe id send it to fast and get it trued and welded 60 bucks, you pay shipping
