okay so im still very new to working on banshee motors. so again im reaching out to you guys. have 03 banshee, coolhead,t5s, vforce 3 reeds, no tors and k&n air filter, i run 93 octane fuel. i moddified the stock air box, no top and i cut the bottom out of it. im going to pods when i do my 4mil motor later in the year. i ride at 500-1200 above sea level and need to re jet it and rebuild the stock carbs. i need to pick up some jets and i just wanted to know which ones i should get from what range. i know its a test which one works the best and just mess with it tell it runs right. so i just want to know what jets to get to start working on it. sorry im a noob

When i got my banshee it came with extra parts. mostely stock stuff you wouldnt put back on. But the guy said he thought the clutch was going out when he got it so he ordered a new one and by the time he got it he figured it just needed to be adjusted. Well the clutch kit he got is a EMGO part number 88-16752 i think . Anyone ever heard of this clutch. I dont plan on using it just wanted to know about it. Any info would help. My buddy runs CPI big bore pipes and cant find the clamps for them anywhere and CPI says they are out of stock. Anyone know where i can get the CPI big bore pipe clamps.

Ebay has a full bolt kit just have to read on which one you want, and what comes with it.

What all comes with them everything but cables?

wow i was just asking what pistons i should go with. and yeah i know when i get the motor apart ill take it to someone with the proper tools to tell me what size pistons i need. probably going to deal with Jeff at F.A.S.T.

with 3000 id buy a 4mil kit, ext swing "depending on ur riding style". but its really what u want u have the cash. or call the site sponser at red line go 10mil servo, and trenc the case.

What about the hot rod pistons made for stroker cranks?

Thanks loco for pointing out my mistake. What i ment to say is ditch the rezzie and boost bottle, and change to a cool head. That is the first things you do when u get a banshee. And just like the other guys said just take the lines and zip tie them down the frame.

Loose it. but id remove it the way u should just in case u need it. i dont know anyone that runs a rez bottle. cool heads, tor system and rezzie are the first things u get rid of

My buddy has 4mill and he runs cpi. im going to buy his 4mil and im going to run t5s.

Im going to buy my buddies hot rod 4mm crank, ported jugs and pistons for $300.00. He said he has ran the top end for two seasons so it wouldnt hurt to just do a rebuild on the top end. agree with what they said get that sh*t off the bike

I run the same chain. guy on here told me that running a non o ring has less friction so wont effect hp. dont know if its true but it sounds possible

I know it is what u like but im wanting to get a idea what everyone likes and why. I ride trails and climb hills while trail riding what would be a good tire to use for this application for this type of riding?
