  1. Since I don't know what hose your talking about, I guess I never put it back on . Where does it go? Looks like I am cutting some new hose tonight... if that gets it firing I would be so happy.
  2. Hey guys. I took the Banshee for a ride a few weeks ago and got some water in the carbs. I took the intakes/reeds and carbs off and replaced the filters, cleaned everything up and put it together. Now it won't start. Kicking or towing behind the mower, or rolling down the biggest hill I can find. I have brand new plugs with nice blue spark, she just ain't running. I wanna go riding this weekend soooo bad. I picked up a second Banshee with a stuck ring on one cylinder but it has T5's and an airbox, should I swap the carbs/airbox/pipes from that on onto mine? I have Uni Pod dual clamp ons no box, and shearer in frame pipes. Anything to go riding this weekend!
  3. How much? Shoot me a PM and we'll talk. Thanks.
  4. Depending on funds i hope to get a 4 mm crank with long rods and a 65 mm piston kit from wiesco. I already have very nice shearer in frames but i would like a set of 35mm carbs to really use the power the engine has the potention for...
  5. Sounds expensive. I was just gonna do stroker crank, spacer, and gaskets and slap it back together. I have Shearer in frames and uni POD clamp on dual filters. Not sure on my sprocket sizes though. For the price of everything you listed i might as well get a serval cat 392 kit.
  6. So the cool heads come readily compatable with a 4 mil crank?
  7. I am thinking of doing a 4 mil build but not sure what I need or can expect to do. I know how to dissasemble the engine entirely. I was thinking i would need a gasket set, 4mm crank, and spacer. I cannot find a head spacer, only cylinder base spacers and that would play with my port timing... is there any other parts I need? Any advice or things to watch out for?
  8. Pickle tickler? Wang rangler? LMAO! Idk about those ones guys lol. Never shoulda let you guys suggest names lol. Anyone else wanna chime in?
  9. I was thinking a little more aggressive lol
  10. Trying to come up with a good nickname for my banshee and get some stickers made up. Any name ideas? Heres some pics...
  11. I didnt mean to specifically advertise for one, I was just wondering if anyone had a picture of the eyeball cover/jaws toothed bumper combo so I know what it would look like before I end up getting them.
  12. I am thinking of dropping some cash on a set of eyeball headlight covers and one of those front bumpers with the teeth on it (found here: item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=400250707733&index=3&nav=SEARCH&nid=13070659377) but am wondering how it would look. Does anyone have the setup and can snap a couple pics for me? Thanks!
  13. I run Shearer in frames and I love em.
  14. RZ 350 has powervalves and a different gearbox... other than that I think they are pretty similar. Thats just from my research, I'm sure someone with more experience with the RZ engine will chime in soon.
  15. Any specific place we are meeting up? Or should I just look around for a group of Banshees? I wanna tear up the drag strip for sure
  16. Count me in! Itll either be a day trip for me or tent/van camping
  17. Well tonight I'll be diggin in the couch cushions looking for spare change, I am picking up some new filters tomorrow. I am looking for a few reccomendations as to what I can get. I don't have a stock airbox, I am looking for something waterproof to an extent and safe to use in a muddy type area
  18. Wish I had money, then I would buy some new ones. but $50 a piece plus $20 a piece for outerwear plus shipping/handling is almost $200
  19. Hey guys. Today I was riding in the sandhills near a lake after some serious rain fall on my lowered banshee with K/N air filters with no outerware (smart right?) and the filters collapsed and sucked in a bunch of water. luckily there wasn't much sand in the intake and the cylinder/pistons was fine. I cleaned up the carbs and reeds and its back together but I dont know what to do with the air filters. Is it safe to soak these puppies in some boiling water? I figure it should bring the sand out and hopefully expand them to there previous shape.... picture attached
